I am constantly chasing SH. They don't return e-mails and they don't have a working phone number. Via text, SH told me they would send me tracking info for my order. They did not. Ironically, my order never arrived. Coincidence? SH said they would submit a claim for the lost order and get back to me. I've been chasing them since Jan 4. It's now Feb 9. Still no order.

I didn't approve the other as I stopped taking birth control in October. Sending this back and I expect a full refund. I didn't approve and I'm no longer working so that money could have paid a bill.

The theory of receiving medication online is great, but the execution is extremely poor! The customer service is terrible, taking weeks to respond to pressing questions. After expressing several concerns with my current medication, I finally (weeks later) was prescribed an alternative. Then, after waiting several more weeks, I receive a not saying that the medication is out of stock. They then attempted to prescribe the SAME medicine that was causing me the issues in the first place. Clearly, this service only cares about the money. The could not care less about your health or concerns as a client.

It won’t let me cancel my subscription and they keep charging me and sending me BC. I can’t even take it anymore because of health reasons. PLEASE LET ME CANCEL!!!

This service ultimately created more stress and headaches than just picking up my prescription like before. Finally cancelled. Please keep in mind that I take my prescription as continual (I can’t be off of it - to treat Endometriosis which they are aware of - I even reminded them… they still didn’t care) Not only did they add condoms and etc to my order (just to further bill insurance) several times - without asking - without approval, but ultimately, once I went rogue without insurance, I realized that they were charging the price of 3 months for 1 month (of generics). I never received my last months supply with them - maybe lost in the mail?? - they insisted on making me pay again and that “once the prescription leaves our building, we’re not responsible for what happens after”…knowing damn well that delays in taking the pills could result in me being hospitalized. 0/10 would not recommend after all of that.

I would have given y’all a 10/5, loved the service, but now I’ve had two orders from y’all not arrive at my house and I’m out of birth control pills which is really going to mess with my system. I haven’t gotten my order in multiple months. That’s not okay.

Never received birth control pills when paid and ordered and said it was delivered. Had to reorder and drop another $60 to order new ones. So I’m cancelling my prescription and trying some place else

They raised prices to take advantage of desperate women during the overturn of roe v wade. I kind of hate the owners of this company and will never recommend to anyone.

They charged my card $60.00 without my permission. They sent an email saying I had 24 hours to respond to prevent the charge. I did not see the email in time to oppose the charge as a loved one had just passed away.
