“there is only 1 way to contact customer support and since it's through email you don't get the one on one response that will actually help. my insurance had been taken off for some reason so I was getting charged the full amount. and when I asked for help to reapply it I was just sent an email with a link to the page. I had already gone up and down looking all over the site and so to no avail was anything helpful.”
“Horrible customer service. Very slow to reply, they charged me the double amount because they didn’t deliver at the right time, so I needed to pay for it again.”
“I am very upset that the service automatically charged rather than verifying alternatives to my insurance or asking if I needed more time to figure out my order/how to pay. it is not very clear that it will automatically charged if your insurance. doesn't cover. I also never got the free plan b pill I ordered either.”
“I am supposed to be being charged 45$. Even making a mock order with my current options it comes to 45$. Yet the last two orders have been 60$ and after A FULL MONTH long wait for suppor6 to get back to me I've been told that it's because I had the option to skip periods. I've used simple health for 3 years. I've had that option selected all three years. It's only changed from the 45$ to the 60$, as I said, two orders ago. Not only that but I was given no notice of the change.
In short, simple health should NOT have sent me the email to make this review. I am considering finding another way to get my birth control.”
“The model is promising, but it seems like you are having staffing issues. There is no mechanism for customers to send messages, edit orders, and/or ask questions. There's a several day delay between submitting an inquiry via email and receiving a response. In the meantime, you fill and ship orders without providing patients any opportunity to ask questions.”
“It took over a month to get my order, which might have been an insurance thing, so that's fine. But in that month I had changed the mailing address officially on my account. They proceeded to send my order to the wrong address and when I tried to contact them to verify where it had been sent (account gave me 2 different answers) they didn't respond to either the email or text with an answer for 7 days and by then I had been contacted by USPS for missing a signature.”
“Apparently they don't take insurance anymore and those of us who were using the service were grandfathered into being able to use insurance. Except all of a sudden mine didn't work anymore?? Even though my insurance company verified it should have?? Oh and I'm out of birth control so I had 0 choice but to pay.
I see you SimpleHealth. I'm looking for a better service as we speak, this business practice is disgusting.”
“I am very unhappy that you were unable to charge my health insurance instead of charging me. I switched insurance as I got a new job, but it is the same company. I confirmed with them that it is covered. I don't understand where the problem is and I still have not gotten my shipment, I am supposed to start taking it tomorrow night and it is not expected until Monday> You have all correct information for my new insurance.”
