They took $80 from me. Handled situations poorly and are so unreliable it's crazy. They have the lowest rating on better business bureau and I reported them as well for some issues in advertising on website and scam of money.

This was a waste of $87. I’m truly disappointed with my experience. K health should let you know upfront that pills can’t be prescribed for acne only topical cream. I could’ve just looked up over the counter acne cream on google.

I had no problems with this service until the last time they tried to refill my prescription. They reported I needed to complete the annual review in order for my prescriptions to be updated and once I completed it they informed me that I would have a copay with my insurance and that if I were to pay out of pocket they would give me my prescription for $5 less. My prescription has always been covered under my insurance with a $0 copay. After multiple messages back and forth (as they told me that was the only form of communication available when I asked for a customer service number to call) they informed I would have to reach out to my insurance company myself to inquire about this supposed change. My insurance company informed me that my prescription is covered and there had been no contact from the SimplaHealth regarding refilling my prescription or about a copay. After receiving the information, I messaged SimeHealth back informing them of the information my insurance company relayed to me. I received not a single message in response but a few days later an email was sent to inform me that my prescription had been shipped. This experience makes me feel like the company was trying to scam me and did not provide any excuse for the mix up to justify their actions. Should I not needed my prescription that time I would have cancelled my account and found a new provider.

I was given a birth control that keeps making me bleed. I got birth control to not have a period, and nearly $100 wasted to still have a damn period

Hello I have emailed several times about canceling my subscription and money keeps getting taken out of my account when I need help canceling it because they did not work out for me.

I wasn’t a very big fan of the birth control pills that you had prescribed me with it made me very nauseous I wasn’t able to eat I just feel really weak so I was very disappointed with it

This service refused to use my insurance even though my insurance covers this service. Could not get any response for assistance but when I told them to take the money they gave a quick response. Don’t waste your time unless you’re paying out of pocket.

Automated messages. No one actually cares like they say they do. They give you pills you didn't want or ask for and tell you to "just try them". They sent me pills packaged with one name and the pills a completely different formula but assured me they're the same. Bunch of confused people there thinking they're multiple genders and think they have a uterus. One thing they are good at is taking your money. Just go to the doctor

SimpleHealth sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. The process took way too long and I never even ended up getting the prescription that I wanted. Very much a waste of $15, as they didn’t help me with anything.
