Don’t recommend. Didn’t receive pills and delivery never updated they just marked it delivered even though they never sent it. Don’t recommend have to block this from my cc cause they won’t delete my account.

This company is a scam! I spent $80 for birth control for it to never show up!! It’s been 2 months and nothing.

I do not like the birth control prescribed to me. I'm having bad side effects. I wish the company would first allow me to do a research on the birth control before sending it to me without any chances of return.

This company literally sucks. I have not gotten my birth control BUT HAVE BEEN CHARGED for the past 3 MONTHS.

No response to questions for days no clear updates… horrible service took weeks to get one step ahead. I want my email and card info to get deleted from your system as I don’t want to use this simple health ( not so simple!) again but I’m still getting notifications

Very slow responses, they were about to ship my order but then told me out of the blue that my insurance was not accepted. They won't stop emailing me. One of the worst businesses I've (attempted to) work with.

I thought this was going to be a great experience. I provided the information as to what I was currently taking, which is Estarylla. I was then shown a photo and information about a generic brand I used to take. I was told I would receive that instead, which is Sprintec. I agreed to that and paid in full. Instead, I received a totally different type called Lupin. I now have painful acne, which I have not had in years. Nothing has changed in my life, other than this different brand being utilized. I am very disappointed and would either: A) Like a full refund or, B) I would like the Sprintec or Estarylla that I agreed on and paid for to be shipped to me. I am incredibly disappointed in this service.

Well very very unhappy with simple health. First they sent me 8 months of birth control, then when I inquired about the meds asking them what kind it is, they preceded to send over an extra order to change it. Without asking me nor even mentioning it to me they were changing it. Charged my debit card $100 and sent it out. I asked them to cancel my order due to me not wanting it or even knowing about it. They refused to refund my money and then told me they had cancelled my prior medications in all. So overall I received 8 months of birth control, then 1 momth later charged me 100$ for a new prescription I didn't ask for or even know about then told me not giving me money back then cancelled my prior meds. Very unfair and illegal. And I've made a report to the BBB about this. I'm beyond upset with this company an I'd advise anybody to find a new company instead of this where they charge u whatever they want, send it out an refuse to pay u back due to fda if I touch the package cannot return. Well I intercepted the package so my hands never touched it. But still no money back.

Horrible service they enroll you auto pay without your acknowledgment & charge your card . They have no customer service number . They set you up so they can steal on purpose . You are Better off getting birth control from your doctor . It’s a scam
