“SimpleHealth sent the wrong prescription to my pharmacy. The process took way too long and I never even ended up getting the prescription that I wanted. Very much a waste of $15, as they didn’t help me with anything.”
“Simple Health continually told me they were transferring my prescription to my pharmacy but never did, leaving me without my medication. They took too long to answer and did not help me resolve issues at all.”
“i like the service but the medication prescribed to me was not a good fit for me. i am no longer taking it, i am going to take awhile to get back to my normal self.”
“Tried this birth control for 3 days and had to go to Urgent Care because of really bad stomach pains and stomach cramps. The doctor let me know the birth control medication gave me gastritis.”
“Got charged my card after 3 months and was told I received a text to charge the card. On top of that I did not even receive the product and am out 75 dollars for nothing. I am not happy at all and would like a refund. I even contacted customer service and they told me you received a text to charge the card if you didn't respond we charge your card. That's not a good way to do business.”
“Really disappointed. My birth control was supposed to cost $0. It was previously covered entirely by my insurance and now that I renewed my prescription it's suddenly not covered anymore?! They just refilled it for 3 months without even notifying my and charged me the full price all at once for 3 months.”
“They love to take your money. They didnt send a text just an email to an email that i rarely check about auto renewing. They charged me and sent the pills to an old address i havent even lived in for months. They refuse to give me a refund even though i never even received the pills and only offer to send me new ones when i no longer need them since my doctor put me on other medications. How can you not refund me? They just want your money, avoid”
“Unfortunately Simple Health did not fill my prescription as they said they did. As the time approached for me to start my new prescription I didn’t have my pills.
There is no communication via phone whatsoever. You need to email and wait 24-48 hours for a response. When Simple Health discovered their mistake they did nothing to expedite my prescription. They said they were only able to mail via the USPS. I had to start my pills 10 days late.”
“Canceled my membership and refused to prescribed me more meds due to a doctor error. If you need to change the prescription you are currently in I suggest you lie to them and say there are no problems.”
