Two extremely late shipments. Had to switch to pill club. It's not fun starting and stopping birth control. Birth control needs to be reliable.

I have gotten 3 different types of birth control from you guys even though I never changed my subscription. This made my cycle go way off and I was bleeding on and off for weeks so I quit birth control and then my cycle skipped 2 months and then came back the 3rd normal. Very unhappy about how careless you were with women's health.

They gave me an option to switch my order to pick up not cancel because they were giving excuses to why they were taking a while to fill it and they ended up canceling without my permission and taking $20 fee off my card. It’s a scam

I listed a birth control that I was previously on with no issues. The birth control I was prescribed gave me a plethora of side effects (dizziness, anxiety, headache, to name a few). I, unfortunately, had already ordered the 6 month supply. When I reached out to simple health there was no follow up other than “someone will be in touch”. I’ve since stopped taking the pills and they have lost my trust. Their services are convenient, but definitely come at a risk- one that they are not very adamant about making sure there is support for. Waste of money for me.

I had hoped this was a service to help women in a certain demographic receive BC and other female needs easily and cheaply. It was sold to me as a company ran by a disabled women of color. I felt so great about supporting the services!! Now I feel scammed. My original request was a BC for menopausal symptoms - not for prevention of pregnancy, I was clear on that and the doctor recommended Norethindrone. I was sent a 3 months supply. I paid my $20 annual fee. I’m on month 2 of the 3 month supply and realized it may not be helping so I sent a (polite) email with my concerns and now they won’t fill my pills anymore because “that is the only pill they can offer me based on my needs and the original health questioner” I googled it after their email today and the info I got was that Norethindrone alone will not treat menopausal symptoms. So, I feel like the “doctor” should have known that from the start. I was at my wits end trying to find relief from my negative menopausal symptoms and was so happy to find help. Now I’m back at the start and out of my money.

Never received my birth control. Ordered it late October & still don’t have anything. Very much upset. Suppose to be an easy process to receive birth control but apparently not.

I definitely didn't like that they first say that you can use your insurance and if that doesn't go through they automatically charge you without asking if you would like to pay for it since the insurance isn't covering it. since they had my card info already they automatically took the money. I will not ever purchase anything from here again and make sure everyone I know knows that this company is very sneaky about taking your money. I didn't like that they didn't ask just processed the order.

Horrible, unresponsive. Sent me medication that I was having an allergic reaction to, continuously would send different brands of generics, would not help me connect with a pharmacist. Honestly, I’d give zero stars if I could. Avoid avoid avoid.

This service is not simple nor easy. It was so hard to get my birthcontrol started with my insurance. They told me I should consult my doctor! Huh? What am I paying them for? Also because my insurance didn't cover the plan B, condoms or female condoms I did not receive them and could not purchase them because I had insurance! Finally after emailing and texting back and forth for days they finally sent me a birth control.

Terrible policy! You need to remove how you automatically withdraw funds from someones bank account if they don't respond to a message soon enough. It should be the other way around. I was out of town and had no service when I was sent this message and you overdrew my account then stopped responding to me and would not reimburse me or cancel the order. I let you know that I had anxiety issues to begin with and this made everything so worse. I hated your service and now don't even want to use the birth control I was forced to pay for.

My experience with my Birth control has been terrifying . I have had countless amount of medical issues which lead to hundreds of dollars in medical bills . Please go see a doctor who can instruct you on what birth control works for you .
