“I honestly hate that they automatically charge you if you don’t respond. They should really change their policy so that you have to give them the ok. I didn’t see their message, they charged me, and refused to refund.”

“This product was way too expensive. Almost $60 for just 3 months of Birth Control. I also specifically requested for the birth control I had already been taking but was sent an entirely new brand with no explanation.”

“Wanted to charge me $12 a pack for my birth control. Had my prescription sent to CVS and got 3 packs for $0. Doesn’t make sense. Was told I would receive a refund for the $20 fee they charged due to not getting a prescription or service from them (I ended up having my ob-gyn dr sent my RX to cvs) and I did not ever have my refund sent to me.”

“It was a hassle to get you guys my insurance information I finally do and now I'm being billed randomly $20 when it's been free for the last couple months you don't email anybody letting them know that you're going to be charging them you just charged my card!”

“I've been billed, and have waited for months to receive my shipment, but nothing yet. Seems USPS lost it, and about a month ago SimpleHealth said they would reship, but I have not received any notification or delivery. Very disappointing.”

“first of all my main concern was gaining weight retaining water during the first 3 months I gained 10 lbs using the pills they sent me; second I immediately cancelled my subscription and SimpleHealth went along and charged me $60.00 for the next three months subscription when I noticed this, the customer service replied with "my apologies, this account never closed and as youve been charged theres no way we will refund you." after this, they went along and re shipped those pills I CANCELLED. Never again, upon telling them to cancel subscription they told me they keep personal information. Upon, telling them I dont want to receive anything from them, they continue and send me this review, so here you go...”

“At the beginning simple health is good. However I had a lot of bleeding a month after I started my pills, I tried to get a hold of them to ask questions about it. I got a response saying that they would send my question to the doctor, within 24 hours. And I never heard from the doctor after that. Not one person contacted me after the initial email. It is such a letdown because I had to stop taking my pills, because I was on almost a month of bleeding.”

“I started haven’t very bad mood swings and getting mad over the littlest things. I started gaining weight a little bit . Very bad headaches . Very bad acne . I wanted to try this Bc I needed birth control but idk it jus makes my body very weird”

“My experience with simple health was horrible. They were awful about attending to my needs. I spent the money necessary for the services and ended up with nothing at all in the end it was a total waste of money”

“The birth control that was prescribed for me did not work. I got my period every other week. I stopped taking the pills but I was unable to get a refund for the unopened month packets.”

“After my insurance didn't approve the purchase I was charged and sent medication without my consent. They did email me asking if I approved and when I didn't respond by the time they wanted they sent it anyway. Which I couldn't cancel or return.”

“I was not satisfied my period lasted for almost 4 weeks. The birth control suppose to stop my period but made it worse. I'm not sure if I was prescribe the wrong pill or not, but not satisfied at all.”
