They say you’ll never run out, but I haven’t had my prescription for six days! I looked at my order and they didn’t plan on sending it until next month.

My first order was filled at the end of January. It is very difficult to contact someone (I had to reach out via Instagram). I was wondering when my next order was to be shipped and they neglected to tell me my insurance is only covering once a month (which is ok with me, I just would have like to know that). Then they text me saying my order can’t be filled until March 9th. Then exactly one minute after that text they sent another text stating my prescription can’t be shipped until March 21st. No one responds. I am about to cancel ) if that’s even possible).

Just joined got my first month no problem and never got my second month logged in and it says it will be shipped in April. Well with birth control you can't just skip a month. I texted them and no response. It has been a couple days with no response back.

I have been trying to reach someone for 5 days. I have one pill left of birth control and have not heard back or received my next dose. I will be cancelling

No response from customer service. Was told when I signed up that I wouldn't have to worry about getting my refills because they would always automatically ship on time so I never missed a pill but that was not the case. I got 1 pack of BC pills to start February but then my refill of 3 packs wasn't being sent until April. I had to manually update my subscription to send my 3 pack refill ASAP instead of April. Definitely going to find a virtual doctor at a regular clinic and canceling this subscription.

Do not rely on the automatic refill service. I didn’t realize my birth control was set to be shipped out 1 month and a week too late until I was down to my last 5 pills. I emailed that day to see if my pills could be overnighted and received no response. My shipment hasn’t even been picked up by USPS yet and I take the last pill of my pack today. Who knows when I’ll be able to start my next pack or what will happen to my cycle for being off so long :(. I take the mini pill and the last day of my period is actually today as well :(.

I hated it, first I didn’t receive the medications when they were supposed to arrive and I had to stop taking them because of how horrible the side effects were. I ended up spending a whole night throwing up.

Very unimpressed with the customer service I received. There should be a live contact number available in emergency situations. I asked to speak with a manager numerous times and my request was completely ignored. This e-pharmacy/delivery model caused more stress than it did simplify my pharmacy experience. Would NOT recommend.

I never took one pill of these. I lost 80$ the first time, but my mistake they didnt do anything wrong I just didnt want to take them. The second round I asked to cancel before they shipped and I was charged another 80$ for pills I won’t use. Just a big inconvenience.

Someone made the mistake of not billing me when sending my pills out. To correct this I was billed randomly 3 MONTHS later WITHOUT notice in the middle of a pandemic. I had to go without buying groceries that week because of their mistake. There are much better companies to use than this one!!!

Scam they say they bill your insurance but they end up having to charge you every month. I have been trying to cancel this service and they keep giving me the run around.
