absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!! charged me two charges of $90 when they said my insurance covered everything. AND there should’ve only be ONE CHARGE!!!! do not use this place.

I gave them the specific birth control I was on, Norethindrone 5mg, which I've been on for years and is the only birth control I can take safely. Simple Health took it upon themselves to ignore the detailed information I gave, including the recommendation from my other doctors for the Norethindrone 5mg, and sent me what THEY thought was safer. Without knowing me, without an actual exam, and actually putting me in danger. I can understand if someone doesn't know what they need but if someone specifically tells you what they need and that their specialist doctors what them on specific birth control, you should probably listen. They could have put me in the hospital if I didn't know my medications.

Not a fan. This birth control doesn't work as I got by period before I even took the sugar pills. How am I supposed to know if it's effective that way.

I started taking my birth control in march, and I got pregnant in October. I would take it on the hour every day and if I was late an hour or two I would hold off on sexual activity til the next day or two. Also I know they want to get your packages to you before you run out but at one point I had two extra packages just sitting unopened because they would get sent wayy to early. I dont really recommend

Although delivered on time monthly, each month I have received a different brand of birth control. This cannot be good for my cycle or overall fertility and I do not feel it’s safe. I have scheduled an appointment with my doctor and will be discontinuing this service soon.

Very poor customer service and patient/provider relationship. I needed to speak to an healthcare professional due to complications with medicine and didn’t receive anything besides a due to higher volume email.

I HATED EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS USELESS, UNHELPFUL SERVICE!!! I have been on a variety of birth control pills for YEARS, and I have always been prescribed something that actually worked for me, unlike the horrible experience I had with Simple Health. I am now on something that actually stops me from bleeding all over myself throughout my entire day.

“Sent” me my first order. The order never showed up. Had to wait line 3 months for them to fix it. It didn’t agree with me so I needed to switch meds. They switched it to the new one and sent me an old order and charged me for both. Don’t waste your time with them.

I kept bleeding, they werent just spot of blood but blood was coming out as if I was on my period, I hated it so I stopped taking the pills, I want to get a refund and also end my subscription

I haven't recieved my new pack of pills. Nor heard from anyone. Im on my last pack of birth control. This is unacceptable and if my pills don't cone I'll be switching to another company ☹

I told them I wanted a pill birth control and no periods. They sent me a 4 month supply of pills and said not to take the placebos and to skip to the next pack to skip my period. Flash forward To the end of my 4 packs and I ask for a refill only to hear that my insurance denies it because it’s “too soon”. They said I can pay for the extra months out of pocket. I’m sure this happens to countless others. Why would they hear my concern about wanting to skip my periods and still not give me something that could work within that knowing how insurance will respond in many cases. I did not pay out of pocket because, if I could afford that I wouldn’t be here in the first place. So I was left for months without birth control (I finished my pack in July and they told me I wold have to wait until September to request a new one) it takes weeks to arrive after your request, so it was MONTHS before I got my next “free” batch. Then, SURPRISE, it was a different pill entirely! How can they just adjust your birth control without your approval?! It’s not even a different pill that avoids the periods, it’s just different for whatever their own personal reason was. I emailed them, no response. There is no phone number I can find to contact to cancel. This service sucked for me. Maybe it works for others, just not me, and it has not been easy.

I’ve been getting these pills for about 3 months. But, my first month I was supposed to get a morning after pill but when I went to open it’s box (that was sealed) there was no pill in it

This is a horrible company, that just wanted to charge my insurance for things I didn’t want nor ask for! Would never recommend to anyone. I would give a 0 of of 5 stars, but I am forced to give 1 star.

Messed up my birth control every month! Tried to tell me: -my insurance didn't cover it (they do) -charge my 2x the price and send me half the meds Something was incorrect about my order every single month. Use NuRX instead! They gave me what I needed in a timely fashion and everything was correct.

Very bad side effects if you want a new prescription you have to pay for it n 4 packs of pills go to waste you should be able to buy just one at first to c if its the right fit

I will not continue to use this service I was not impressed. The birth control I took gave me horrible chest pain and I felt like I could not breathe

Very disappointed that my shipment could not be resent after going to the wrong address. Of course you cant bill my insurance for a double Rx! You knew that.

Worst company they lied and said they wouldn’t charge me until I approved the birth control but I got charged $140 without my approval and then got sent the wrong birth control and got no refunds. They told me they can’t give refunds but on here it says rate how hard it was to get a refund?! Wtf
