I paid nothing when you took insurance. I'll be switching to a pharmacy that takes my insurance.

I was given the same pills that i explicitly asked them not to send me because of the side affects they cause me to have. I like the service, but i do not think they actually read your notes when redoing a prescription. Only reason they would send me the brand i asked them not to send, rather than the brand i did ask for.

Poor communication and profit over health

They should really let people know they no longer accept insurance.

I was really unsatisfied, I wrote back and told simple health I never received my 2nd order of birth control. They told me the only thing they can do is send me another one after another deposit… why would I do that if didn’t even get my 2nd order in the first place…

I used to love this company until I needed to transfer my prescription to a pharmacy to use my insurance. I have been ignored since trying to get my prescription transferred to a pharmacy due to the business model change (that I was never notified about in the first place). The pharmacist has called multiple times and I have sent texts without confirmation for the past three days. I am now late on my prescription. My pharmacist warned me this may happen, I am very disappointed.

The company made a mistake and denied accountability. Did not resolve the matter.

It was good for a while, but now they're not letting people update their insurance, charging $120 up front for a year supply, and not replying to people for a week. They tried to tell me I could get my prescription transferred but it's been weeks and nothing. Glad I decided to just get sterilized instead of trying to get medicine. Just go to your primary care provider over these people.

I understand that Simple Health is under a lot of hardship considering Roe v Wade and I appreciate all that they are doing for women’s reproductive control, but they have still not been able to help me receive a refund after I paid them $20 for a service they were unable to provide me. I was told I would be contacted by a representative regarding my refund but have heard from no one and I believe this was over a month ago.

Moving away from insurance to cash is the worst thing you can do to people, especially during these horrendous financial times. Such a slap in the face and its just plain selfish. Another example of how healthcare has moved away from taking care of the patient. Its all about making money off of people

They charged me $240 without informing that my insurance wouldn’t be adjusted and has been ignoring all my emails to support when I’ve never been charged before. Now they are switching over to cash, there’s no way in hell they’ll give my money back. Awful customer support. Don’t use simple health they steal from you

Refrigerated birth control (nuvaring) arrived warm every month. my OB verified that my daily dosage was being administered incorrectly due to this. When I brought up this concern, SimpleHealth just cancelled my prescription without notice. Don’t get care here!

Not very helpful in communicating when I needed help.

Absolutely awful experience. Customer service was slow to respond and took weeks to get me what I needed. The website is misleading and says that you will be able to confirm your order before it is shipped (I didn’t have the option, it shipped without my confirmation) and is incredibly misleading about being able to use insurance. I ended up immediately cancelling my subscription and am still waiting on a refund from my insurance because of this issue. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

After trying to contact 6 times through email after waiting the 5 "short staffed" days no reply was made to me. Able to give full prescription without customer service. DO NOT GIVE ACSESS to bank account. Would not recommend.Ther is only one communication method and its only email. Don't let them fool you with chat and telephone. It doesn't exist.

I have not received any information on my upcoming refill and it’s been well over a month. I have already reached out once, I was told to wait five days which I did and still received zero information about my refills actual status and what’s going on. I only have a week left before I will be in immediate need for my refill, if I don’t receive it in time it won’t be as effective and has a high possibility of messing with my hormones all over again. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could actually reach out and help before it’s too late, thank you.

there is only 1 way to contact customer support and since it's through email you don't get the one on one response that will actually help. my insurance had been taken off for some reason so I was getting charged the full amount. and when I asked for help to reapply it I was just sent an email with a link to the page. I had already gone up and down looking all over the site and so to no avail was anything helpful.
