“My experience was the best. it was quick and easy to complete. Usually, I have to fight with insurance companies, but not this one. I am moving everything I have here. My rep was courteous, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this agency.”

“As I started to shop around to inquire about homeowner's insurance and got no where with a website for quotes, I remembered that IOA was an insurance broker that I had heard about many years ago. Since I was getting frustrated and to the point of giving up, I decided to fill out the information on the website and called to get more information. I am so glad I did! Not only did I get nice, friendly service, but I was transferred to Sunny Huang to help me out with both my homeowner's insurance and car insurance. He was knowledgeable and resourceful and listened carefully to my needs. He did help me get the best insurance rates and was able to save me $3,500 in my homeowners insurance! That was awesome as I have struggled with my current homeowners insurance for years! I am so thankful that he took the time to help me out and since he was knowledgeable and caring, I did not hesitate to go with his suggestions. I had a very good experience with Sunny and IOA, so they will be my go to company for any of my future insurance needs. Thank you!”
