“I called just to find out if I might be able to lower my insurance after almost 3 years with the same company. Ended up lowering my payments and got a lower deductible with the same company and same coverages. Very happy with IOA!”

“I contacted a neighbor of mine about auto insurance as I was starting my shopping on renewal or replacement insurance. He told me IOA was his agent and had done good for him over the years. I contacted them and three other agents to start getting quotes. Three responded and one did not. I got quotes from all three, apples for apples, and IOA put me with Nationwide with a great premium. George was curious, kind, a great listener and really helped me thru the process. IOA was able to save me $700 a year based on my renewal price. George made the process very easy and followed up on my progress as we went along. I really appreciate his customer service.”
