“I was a victim of the 'Gulfstream home owners policy receivership' in August and had to scramble for home owner's insurance in the middle of hurricane season. IOA was amazing in searching out replacements and bringing my stress level down to a manageable level to function. Melissa went over and above in helping me in a bad situation with a lot of extenuating circumstances, and is still helping me to this day. Your company has always been very good for years, but this year was you were a '20' out of '10' for me.”

“Unfortunately, the last 3 times I reached out to get help with my auto insurance, I got no help and just got the basic diplomatic answers. I ended up getting insurance on my own since no one could assist, guide or place me in a department that could actually help. Also, there are a lot of details that the agents do not tell you when you for each policy. At one point, I almost got my home insurance canceled because the paperwork that was needed was not submitted by someone. From my initial request 6 months ago until now, I am pretty disappointed.”
