The time lapse of when I order my shutters to the time I actually had them installed was a very long wait, but that was due to Covid and everything sitting at the docks for so long! “Simply Shutters is an honest and reliable company. They gave accurate estimates of time and explained why things might take longer. We had an issue with one window that was installed and they are replacing the entire frame. We are waiting for the new frame to arrive and they have kept me informed of timing and expectations. Dawn is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I have also dealt with Addison who was very eager to assist.”

“Atrocious communication. Never completed my job. Besides the unfinished one, nearly each shutter had an issue within the first few months. One shutter broke on a corner within a couple weeks of install. Crappy product. I just installed shutters on every window and sliding door of another home. It was no question whether I would try a new company- I would never use or recommend your company again (and I live in a community where all of the houses are being remodeled and improved).”

“If you are in the market for shutters, Simply Shutters is your best bet bar none. I dabble in real estate here in South FL and I've used this company at 5 of my high end rental units. The shutter quality is unsurpassed, they are beautiful, affordable, durable and maintenance free. Their customer Service in particular their associate Dawn is "THE BEST", super friendly, knowledgeable, organized and a a real pleasure to deal with.
