“There was a error with the original order. However they did everything possible to make it right. Unfortunately it did take a very long time to get my order. BUT AGAIN THEY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!

Although it took twice as long to receive our shutters, when we did get them the guys that installed them were fast, knowledgeable & very pleasant. My only suggestion is don’t wait for the due date and the customer to call you, before informing them it’ll be another month. I understand the delay was no fault of yours, due to the pandemic.
