“Given the circumstances of COVID and freight issues, I believe Simply Shutters did their best to keep up. I understand how frustrating and tiresome we all get but we have to support companies like this who offer us a fair price with a lifetime warranty!!! The shutters are absolutely breathtaking, once they’re installed. I forget about the wait-time when I have folks visiting my home and love showcasing my windows while I’m hosting a Zoom call!!! I’m thankful Simply Shutters is here to meet my window-dressing needs! These plantation shutters also make an amazing gift for my loved ones!!!”

“Customer service was pretty good as far as response time when inquiring about the job however, it took about 14 weeks to get the 3 shutters for my kitchen. The installation on one of the shutters is very bad and unprofessional as you can see in the pictures below. I don’t know if the installers were not very experienced but I think the company should have more experienced installers, not the happiest camper!”

“Absolutely loved the shutters. Gives such a clean, simple and elegant look to the room. The whole process of meeting to decide on the shutters and the installation was all handled so professional but yet friendly. One of my friends after seeing them in my house promptly called and had them installed in her home.”

“I was made commitments by the sales rep. which were included in writing on the original invoice. When the installers showed up, they did not have all the materials to complete the job. The sales mgr phoned me, asked for me to remit full payment with a commitment that he would have the job completed for me at a later date. I agreed to make full payment upon being given the commitment that they would come out and complete the job. However, after many attempts by email, text and phone, I received a response that and they would not be completing the job. Although I had everything in writing, I was not able to have any effect on the outcome. Very disappointed all the way around. Wouldn't be surprised if they delete this from the website.”
