“Excellent price, excellent service and workmanship, The sales engineer came round and gave me a great price on my replacement boiler, I was going to get other quotes but decided to opt for these guys as his professional approach and manner were brilliant, he was easy to get on with, the workmen were quick and super efficient, the electrician followed 20 minutes after they had gone, and the someone to check everything and commision the boiler 2 days later, cant fault anything 1st class service from start to finish. “We had a new combi boiler installed and old tank removed. The job was completed by 2 guys in 1.5 days and we are very pleased with the result.
My only complaint is that the lads were not very good at refitting the carpets and damaged on of the walls, chipping a large chunk out of the plaster (approx 50mm diameter) and hiding the damage rather than tell my wife about it at the time.”

“Heating was installed quicker than promised overall good installation , however several months later still waiting for them to secure several metres of Gas pipes left unfixed in Garage as recommended by their own inspector, sadly a little shoddy and unsafe really”

“Super happy.i recently contacted simply warmer to inquire about a boiler conversion from my old none working cylinder and tank boiler to a new Combi boiler.it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.from the second I was in contact with them they were super friendly.super helpful and made everything so easy.i contacted them on Monday.they sent a surveyor round on Tuesday.technician Wednesday.signed the forms on Thursday and they were there Monday morning to start work and had my old system ripped out and a new Worcester bosh Combi boiler fitted.new 22mm gas pipe.replaced a radiator and valves and fitted nest thermostat and had it all up and running in one day.and they sent a guy back the next day to brick up the old flu.i was amazed and super impressed.the engineers who installed it were really friendly and did a great job.everyone I spoke to and dealt with on the phone and in person were very helpful and friendly.and I really can't believe how fast the whole process took.i really am super impressed.i would without hesitation recommend simply warmer to anyone.i really cannot stress enough how satisfied and glad I am that I chose these.mark.manchester”

“A very professional and easy experience all round.
We needed a new boiler as ours had come to the end of its life. We organised 3 quotes and not only was Simply Warmer slightly cheaper we were impressed with the attention to customer service and after sales commitments offered.
The new boiler was installed within a week to our convenience (they could have done it quicker) and despite an initial hiccup when the wrong unit had been despatched, was completed the same day.
A special mention to Mark, our installer, who was efficient, polite and professional throughout.
All in all we are very happy and would recommend to anyone”

“We chose to use Simply Warmer to replace our old boiler with a Worcester one , because the warranty and after sales service were better than many other companies I researched. The salesperson Ashley was very helpful and answered all our questions. He also gave very good advice concerning controls and we chose the Nest because it is simple to use and can be controlled from your smart phone when away from home. The new boiler was installed efficiently on the 8th July and both the engineer and electrician who came were excellent and efficient, demonstrating and explaining the controls clearly. On July 11th the joiner came to box in the pipes. We are delighted with our new boiler and the excellent service we've received.
