“The item I ordered is apparently no longer available even though it was still advertised on the website.
This was an item I had been looking around for , for quite a while so my initial euphoria upon finding it and ordering it was replaced with huge disappointment when your e-mail arrived stating that you no longer stock this item and it was incorrectly advertised on the website.”

As per our terms and conditions our website shares stock levels with our high street store and on rare occasions, such as busy sale times there may be a discrepancy with the stock available to purchase. Unfortunately the item you ordered was unavailable and we are very sorry to have had to disappoint you.
