“I ordered a double tattoo kit and received the wrong order. When I opened the package I thought it was going to be a box full of needles etc but instead it was a big pack of clinell antibacterial wipes. I thought I had been pranked. I got in touch with them about it and they responded almost immediately. I have not checked to see if it has arrived yet but the customer service is quite good and I'm excited to use this product.”

“Delivery to the Netherlands took 15 days, mainly because of customs, had to pay 9% tax plus €13 handling fee, bloodsuckers. The kit looks good, a bit unclear as to which wipe (2 + 8) for what, and the gloves are not individually wrapped. 1 star less for that. I bought witch hazel myself and extra wipes. A list of “handy extra necessities not in the kit” on the website would be appreciated! Can’t wait to start poking. Will definitely order more stuff if that goes well. Cheers!”
