“Big and good selection of various items what are related to tattoing. Fast shipping to the customer. Even though I live here in Finland. Prices are really good and competitive. I really like to recommend this company to everyone who are interested of making tattoos by hand.”

“Chased delivery for approx 6 weeks before having to ask for a refund. Kept on getting excuses about a postal disruption and promising to get back to me but I have to chase up every time. Was promised a new delivery but that never came either. Was promised refund but that even took ages to come through and in the end had ti go through my PayPal to get the refund. Originally Bought the product in plenty of time for a birthday present but in the end had to order from another source after my daughters birthday came and went. Very disappointing”

Hello, Your order was delayed due to the Cyber Incident https://www.royalmail.com/international-incident-bulletin - We have no control over this and I am sorry it affected the delivery of your order. As requested, you were refunded in full. Please be aware that banks take one to five working days to process refunds... Again, we cannot control this and you were made aware from the start. “No review yet as I haven’t received it but has anyone from the US ordered? How long about did it take. I know the pandemic is slowing things down but I’m seeing everyone comment “speedy delivery despite the pandemic”...ordered about a month ago. Thanks:) can’t wait until it ones in I’m sure it’s wonderful!”

“Awful. First order was never sent out. Second order was 'sent out', however, has never arrived. They tried to send me a third order but I have asked for a refund. thankfully they have fully processed my refund and it was actually rather quick. There support team is rather decent and will reply quickly.”

“Just received my order. Many thanks to single needle for the items. After late delivery guys at single needle managed to get it all sorted at no fault of there's. “Everything came in order, well packed and taken care of. The quality is on point. Unfortunately, due to UK not being in the EU anymore, I had to pay high import taxes.. 33% for Croatia! Only that might be the reason if I won't order again. I understand this has nothing to do with Single Needle and they warn you of that scenario, but I just wanted to point it out to people who don't pay much attention to that.. I looked up on my country's import customs webpage and it said it shouldn't be taxed, but I guess we were all wrong. I reccomend this site to everyone in the UK or in some country that does not have taxes with the UK, or anyone willing to pay 10GBP of taxes for a 32GBP order.. But even with the import cost, I guess they are still the cheapest ones out there. Cheers everybody.”
