“Take the tracked option. Quite strange to me that it is not automatically tracked and you have to pay extra for it. I am in the US and there is no way for me to know where my package is. Its been nearly a month since I ordered so international customers be aware. After getting in contact with single they said I should get into contact with customs/USPS to check on my package. I don't really know how they expect me to do that without a tracking number...”

Hello, I am really sorry that your order hasn't arrived. Sadly, we are not able to offer tracked delivery as standard because of the cost, we do however offer the choice between standard and tracked delivery on all orders. USPS are able to locate orders based on name and delivery address, we therefore suggested you attend your local depot to see if any items were being held for you. Due to the difference in countries, it would be impractical for us to attend on your behalf. Please rest assured that your order will be delivered or your money back. “I received a package with totally different items than I ordered. Beside that the products don't have a good quality as expected. I had also a lot problems with the shipping because it was marked wrong so I had to pay extra taxes. All in all it wasn't worth the 85 pounds at all...”

“A few issues I had with this product. 1, no guidance instructions 2, the clamps had plastic spikes where they were moulded which could have punctured the skin but luckily I spotted them in time but the spikes ripped a hole in the gloves. 3, the cannulated needle had an extra plastic cover that I did not spot and so that went into the ear over the needle too! Good price though”

“i thought id be getting my kit in 24hrs as it was 1st class postage so i emailed the company and only got a reply yesterday saying it should be with me wihting 24hrs however i still havent recieved it”
