“Kit is great but took over a week to arrive when I'd paid for 24h shipping, and has absolutely no instructions of any kind. I can get this information elsewhere but it would have been helpful and just made sense to have included literally any kind of helpful info in the kit. I have been asked to change my review after being told that the parcel had to be redelivered three times but considering I am disabled and not currently able to leave my house this isn't true. As I say the kit is good but don't bother paying extra for fast shipping. And it would have been easy and more helpful for some people to include printed out info with the kit, so I stand by my original review.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Every kit comes with instructions and they are free to download on the product page - I have sent you a link. We also have over 50 articles explaining all aspects of hand poke tattooing. This is free to access on the website. Lastly, I am sorry about the delay. Your order was dispatched within 48 working hours, however, the courier had to re-try to deliver your order 3 times as you weren't in. Kind regards, Tom

“Awful. First order was never sent out. Second order was 'sent out', however, has never arrived. They tried to send me a third order but I have asked for a refund. thankfully they have fully processed my refund and it was actually rather quick. There support team is rather decent and will reply quickly.”

“Wish it had arrived in a box or at least a bubble mailer, arrived timely but in a plastic mailer, and some of my transfer paper is unusable”

“Just received my order and the kit was missing stencil paper and alcohol wipes. The little tube of stencil solution also came without a cap (there wasn't even a loose cap in the box?), so some of it squeezed out and got ink from the purple paper all over the place. I was also not super impressed with the quality of the fake skin. It was kind of dry and the ink stained it to the point where I had to scrub it with soap and water, and it still left the skin looking grey and streaky. The needles all came as advertised, and the other stuff seems okay as well. I just think it was more expensive than the quality is worth, and I'm disappointed since I was really excited for this stuff.”

“All the products are good quality, but the top of the ink bottle was broken, which made thing extremely messy since I got ink everywhere. Also, I ordered over 100 needles in different sizes and just got them all in 5rl. Kind of disappointing after spending 90 euros”

“it wasn't as I expected it , but it's good quality(unless the fake skin which it dosen't have the quality I expected) .Also it came after 1 + month and i paid extra to come earlier , but that's not your problem and I know but that's the reason I put 3 stars and not 5.”

“Tattoo kits are cool but the store is a bit disorganized. First they took too many days to ship my order until I emailed them and when order came some of needles were missing. Obviously everything was delivered later but unfortunately that's the first impression I've got.”

“Very good instructions and good needles, had a blast poking myself. The 3D printed grip snapped the second time I put a needle in it though, not very happy with that because it wasn't very cheap either.”

“Delivery time was great. Products (the one which made it) seem pretty nice. Few key brand stuffs replaced by generic alternatives. Two 7rl needle out of the three has some sort of yellow "rust" one them, havent opened them and won't ever. Overall, nice box. Will try it out soon.”

“A part of the clamp that was supposed to be open for the needle to come out properly wasn’t open. It just made the piercing process a bit harder and difficult”

Hi Leah, We only sell needles for Hand Poke tattooing, however these needles can also be used for machine tattooing. All Tattoo needles are interchangeable. There is no such thing as 'machine only tattoo needles' We stock the size and length's that we and our customers have found to produce the best results. Many thanks, Tom

I can see from your email correspondence that it was delivered within the expected delivery period as stated on our website under 'Delivery Information'. Regarding you purchasing the wrong kit, I am sorry you felt the names were confusing. For clarification, the practice kit is for practicing on silicone, the hand poke kit is for real skin, and the combo kit is for practicing on silicone before tattooing real skin. Ik kan aan uw e-mailcorrespondentie zien dat het levering was binnen de verwachte leveringstermijn zoals vermeld op onze website onder 'Bezorginformatie'. Wat betreft het kopen van de verkeerde kit, het spijt me dat u de namen verwarrend vond. Ter verduidelijking: de oefenkit is bedoeld om te oefenen, de handpokkit is bedoeld voor de huid en de combinatiekit is bedoeld om te oefenen op een siliconenhuid voordat je een echte huid tatoeëert.
