“The barbell was too short therefore as a result had to remove the piercing due to the risk of it”

“Good quality product, so far the ink is sticking well and everything came in perfect condition. However I only got a small handful of ink pots and only one silicone practice skin, this isn't too much of an issue at the moment but I imagine it will be in the future when I eventually run out of space. Other than these two small issues I'm quite happy with the product.”

Hello, Thank you very much for getting in touch. I have looked into this order for you and can see that this review has been left 13 days post dispatch. Our international delivery times are 5-15 working days, therefore I am pleased your item arrived on time. Regarding the needles, I am sorry to hear that they are bent. Needles can easily be bent back into shape, and are often slightly bent by artists who use machines to tattoo. I would however like to offer you a free replacement or refund of the bent needles, please respond to my email to arrange this. Kind regards Tom

“Ordered a septum piercing kit because I felt like it and delivery was very fast considering I live in New Zealand. However, the jewellery that was included in the kit was actually a straight barbell. I'm not sure if this was a communication error or just part of the kit or whether I just misunderstood but now I have to buy additional jewellery as I wanted to pierce myself with a circular barbell. I just wish there was extra clarification during the selection process to prevent misunderstandings like this again.”

The description specifies a straight barbell, and we include a straight barbell as it applies less stress to the fresh piercing. Hello, Many thanks for your review. I have looked into your order and can see that you chose standard delivery. This is not a tracked service and therefore end to end tracking is not available. Hello, Thank you very much for your review. I am sorry that you are disappointed that the box isn't included in the kit. As is clearly stated in the description at the bottom of the product bio, the kit box isn't included because of the size of the goods. If the ink, needles and ink cups were to be sent in the box, they would be damaged due to movement and/ or the box would be broken. I hope this clarifys the situation. Kind regards Tom

“I had a really pleasant purchasing experience. I have not received my package yet though so I cannot say anything about the quality of the product. As if now I am happy with my experience. [EDIT] I received my package about two weeks after ordering, which is ok considering it had to travel to the US. But upon opening my package I was a little disappointed... Three of my needles are already open, it seems like the adhesive failed on the packaging. Also I only received 9 ink cups instead of 10. Somewhat small things indeed, and the quality looks pretty decent on all the items, but I would still hope for a little more care from a company that sells something to be used for tattooing.”
