“Good products at a good price. There were a few frustrations during the process, first being that none of the prices listed on the website include VAT and these are only added when checking out and the second was that I was not sent the downloadable flash sheets and had to chase them for those. Dispatch was also pretty slow (took over a week for my order to reach the delivery company) but once dispatched was delivered quickly.”

“I really enjoyed exploring the stick and poke technique, great price for what I received, although I didn’t receive the flash pack(tattoo designs) even tho they were in the description of what I would be receiving from the item I purchased. I was looking forward to the flash pack as I did see a lot of fun cool tattoo ideas.”

“Really happy with the kit - the grip provided is great and very comfortable to use. The variety of needles is fantastic, as well as the amount of everything that is supplied. Also very much appreciated the transfer paper! Delivery was a bit slow but that is likely due to strikes. My only other suggestion would have been to include some resources for tips/guides but appreciate why they don’t.”

“Parcel arrived quickly, however it was shorted and was missing some products. Customer service sorted this out quickly however and got a new parcel sent out to me containing the shorted products, however this parcel itself was also shorted and another had to be sent. Apart from this though, the parcels arrived quickly and the products are of high quality. Customer service was also very helpful.”
