“Worst team ever I order my item three time all three time my sales was canceled. Finely my item arrived & is not all they advertised I work with US Border patrol & I use different Binocular / scope & work perfectly. Not SiOnyx..”

“Had a issue with my device. Contract support and Bill helped me troubleshoot the device. After we went through all the steps ,it was determined to send it in for a replacement. Great support team and a AWSOME COMPANY. THANK YOU SIONYX and your support team.”

“Is this a PVS-14? No. Is this an excellent option for its intended use? Absolutely. Filming in low light can be problematic, at best. Until now. This is a cost effective low light camera that has durable internals that allow for hard use. I'm really glad I took the chance and bought it. Thanks to TJ, Jack Callahan and Rich for convincing me to try it out.”

“I had some questions and went online to your company about them. You sent me an e-mail telling me that someone from your company would be in contact with me shortly. No one ever contacted me. I went ahead and purchased one of your Pro's and am happy with the product. If your persistence with follow-up was as good as your persistence in getting a review, you would have gotten 5 stars!”

“After ordering and receiving the Sionyx kit...Found some issues. I charged all the batteries that were part of the kit. The Night camera worked really great! This kit came with a Flashlight (I Love Flashlights!) BUT this flashlight never turned on. I checked the battery but it never turned on. I wrote a previous review that stated it did not work. Later, I got an email from Tech Support (Jason - Thanks) telling me that this Flashlight is an IR light! You can NOT see IR BUT the camera can see it! I tried again in the dark after sun went down...IT WORKS! This is FUN in the DARK! Thank You Jason, Michael”

“I am impressed with my Sionyx Aurora Pro Explorer. It truly can see further into the darkness spectrum, and does perform best in the darkest conditions. I highly recommend the Sionyx Pro, you won't be disappointed. From the case to the camera itself; this is great camera equipment. This is my second Aurora camera. I got my first one (the green one) through their Kickstarter campaign, so I've been a long time Sionyx customer. They're great products!”

“Bought the Aurora Black. It is all that! I also bought the IR illuminator kit. It turned out to be defective. I emailed customer service and have a replacement on the way less than 24hrs after contacting them. Excellent customer service which, in my opinion is as important as the product. Thanks SiOnyx.”

“The aurora black is a nice piece of kit. Pairing it with an ir light will definitely enhance your experience though. I’ve tested this unit out to approximately 250 yds with an ir light attached and it’s outstanding. Without an ir light it functions pretty nicely as long as there’s ambient light around. Buttons are tactile and audible which is very nice and everything is in reach. I recommend this product for anyone that enjoys the outdoors whether camping, boating or hunting. It’s really nice to see a product being able to record, still shot etc in one nice affordable package.”
