Worst site I've ever used. STAY AWAY. RED FLAG! nothing works on website after you've 'ordered', app doesn't work, you can't track anything. I used web chat who said order was still due to be delivered next day. Later that day email stating its been cancelled as they couldn't find the item. How are you selling stuff you don't have? Absolute sham of a company

I ordered New balance 327 trainers and a totally different trainer was delivered !!! In favour of Size I got a full refund and £5 courtesy offer off my next purchase. Good customer service but I won’t order from Size again.

Am putting another review on as I already put one on before I sent my order back. 14 days later I still haven't received a refund. And now the trainers have gone down in price so guess I won't b getting my £70 back. This is ridiculous everytine I email you I never even get a reply

Returned 2 pairs Nike Air trainers ordered online to store. 19 days later still waiting for £150 refund ( receipts for return state 5-10 days) Not good....

This is the company that you should stay away ! They pretend that there is a stock for the product that you are chasing for, but it turns out that they do not have it indeed and when you open the box next day, surprise there is cucumber in it. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM for you piece of mind.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Breaking consumer laws. Being dishonest with customers. Awful customer service. App and website don’t work for iOS users. Return policy isn’t adhered to. Quality of goods is dubious. An absolute joke, except you’re not laughing when you lose money. I urge all dissatisfied customers to report this company to Trading Standards.

Warning FAKE VANS!! I received fake Vans from this retailer. I have owned dozens of pairs over the years and currently own about 25 pairs of Vans so I'm very familiar with authentic Vans. The shoes have uneven stitching that's coming apart in places, also the fabric was much more thin and flimsy than normal. The branded insole had a patch that was glued down over the original insole, which does not have a Van's logo on it. These are 100% fake. I reached out to the sales rep to get a certificate of authenticity, which of course they can't offer. They want me to ship the shoes back at my own cost ($30 to ship back!) so they can validate them. Why don't they validate them before they ship?? All the top retailers do this. I guess I'll be sticking with Goat from now on for all my Vans.... Very disappointed.

As per many users before me, I gave this company money in good faith for a product advertised on their website. They cancelled the order. Didn't tell me they had done this. Didn't give me the courtesy of a reason. Haven't given me a refund. Absolutely appalling

Same as a few of the other reviews. Won the raffle, they took the money and then they never delivered. They are now saying out of stock (raffle win!) and will refund my money at some point.

I almost didn’t order from Size due to bad reviews on here but we found a bargain price, ordered and they arrived within 5 days(I had a msg to say they’d been shipped, followed by a msg to say they were arriving the same day!) Amazing service and lovely trainers

I purchased a pair of shoes and paid extra to ship to the US. I received 2 different size shoes. I am very dissatisfied and on top of that I will have to pay again to return them. This is the stores fault for not checking sizes before shipping our. If it was correct in the first place this would not have been an issue. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Customer service was very unhelpful with the return process.

I tried to order adidas Originals ZX 9000 GORE-TEX shoes yesterday, when I choose the size I want - it took me to a page to make the payment it said on the webise "on the next page you can choose delivery options" it felt strange at first that I just got asked to pay for the order first and then choose delivery option. so first I checked if Im logged into the account and I wasnt logged in also i dont remember creating the account with size but i did purchase the products from the store before althoughI had never done it online. I payed £95 for shoes, and then instead of choosing a delivery option I received a confirmation of the order and delivery address was incorrect it was actually my old address, when I reached out to customer service to ask for help - theyve said, orders cant be cancelled "we are sorry, but we can try" Theyve also told me i need to clean my cookies - but i clean my cookies and catche files on a monthly basis, so this was not an issue. I came to realise that 1. size webiste doesnt support IOS operating system and devices. 2. size store creates profiles for people without them knowing this is why i couldnt access the profile at all let alone update the details - because it was actually ghost profile created by size and not me 3. information on the webiste misleading because it only supports windows system and android devices 4. cutomer service is slow, i asked for help and update or a confirmation that this order has been cancelled so that i can order another pair but i havent received any reply until the next day, and I had to find this out by myself by checking the tracking number in the meantime, these shoes were sold out and i couldnt order another pair. customer service and poor webiste design ruined my shopping experience and i almost lost £95, feeling desperate trying to ask for help and feeling left out, and missed the chance to buy the desired product. ONLY because the webiste is not working and because Size creates "ghost profiles" for their customers without them knowing. I should have received an apology, this is bizzare!

Every time I visit the store in Cambridge I wish I hadn't bothered. I love the products but the staff are always full of themselves, extremely rude with a terrible attitude. Visited today to return some shoes, the assistant assumed they were for my daughter (I am 49), made me feel far too old to be wearing the style. So I decided just to return them but the manager was extremely rude with an attitude problem, made me wait almost 15 minutes to make the return, has no idea what delegating is as she could of asked someone else to help the customer she was with.
