“Order 2 scooters and they arrived on time although the packaging was torn. One of the boxes is a little battered but spoke to my daughter who suggested I keep it as it is so near Christmas. Was disappointed with the free gift as it looks a lot more on the web site. Would use the site again”
“Received order prompt but bonus pack was missing. Saw a previous review saying the same and wonder why. The scooter box had been opened which surprised me as nothing had been added. However a telephone call was all it took to get the missing pack sent by Royal Mail.”

“Got Heelys which were top quality but my husband picked up a pair while he was on Holliday, so never needed them , I sent them back and they reimbursed me right away, the only negative was that they never got in contact to say they received them back or the money was in my account.All in all I was happy with the service x”

“The Skates were purchased as a Christmas gift for our grandaughter so as yet have not been tried or worn. They do seem very ridged and stiff but I would hope this is to give extra support. By the time they are opened they will be outside guarantee period so just hope they fit !

“There was a mix up at the start, sending me the wrong skates but I got excellent customer service and the situation sorted out withIin 24 hours. The only negative is that the box was really bashed and ripped, these skates had to be wrapped up for my sons birthday. I know we wont keep the box but it would nice for my son to open his gift with a nice neat new box.”
