“A good service, lovely replacement skates as first pair were too small, so the advice given was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest improving on is I've had to ring a lot of times to get through to your customer services team as it seems to go to answer machine most of the time. I left a message twice and no-one rang me back!”

“my review might have been better if they could find a way to update their website to reflect changes to items stocked. We ordered from them rather than elsewhere for a specific thing which they don't have any more but cannot delete from their webpage! It would also be useful to show what quantity of items are included in a pack (eg bearings) as it is not always obvious to all customers.”

The following week I telephoned where I was informed my order had been changed to a pre order and I wouldn't receive my goods for approximately 6 weeks (way after xmas) although the customer service team would pass my query to the warehouse department and ask them to call me. Again I had no communication from them. The following week I sent an email to the sales department explaining the situation and requesting a refund. Within the hour a lovely lady replied explaining the product I ordered was out of stock and apologised, offering a free upgrade to a similar product. This item was then delivered to me the next day. Poor service to begin with, however, the quick response from 'Jo' rectifying my situation was dealt with professionally and efficiently.”
“I found it hard to work out which shoes to get for my son (as this is the first pair I have bought). I worked out he needed a two wheeled set as these are for beginners but I couldn't see how to select only two wheels from the filters. Then I found the style my son had originally chosen wasn't available in two wheels and there were only a couple of two wheeled pairs to choose from so I had to ask to ask him to choose again. We got there in the end and he is thrilled he is getting a pair for Christmas.”

“Very helpful on the telephone with the ordering, but 2 days later received an email to say the wheel on offer was no longer in stock. Telephoned you the next day and ordered an MGP wheel and brake. The following day received an email to say wheel wasn't in stock. Telephoned you and after initially saying I would take another wheel, I then said I will wait for the MGP wheel to come in. Three days later my neighbour received a parcel from you with a MGP scooter brake and Blazer pro wheel (which was packaged but purple paint work was scratched). I would have returned the wheel but hadn't the time to find a Yodel collection point.”
