“Headset bearings broke the first day of use but got them replaced without much fuss.yes i would buy again from these guys as the first scooter i bought from skate hut broke straight away i mean headset bearings wheel bearings stickers peeling deck tape falling to bits and when i did contact them what a load of grief spoke to four different people and still no sense from any of them until i said i was going to take it back in person for a refund and that they were paying my fuel bill....5min later refund was back in paypal.....but these guys no trouble they just wanted a quick video sent in a email as proof and they sent me new bearings so all in all a very good experience and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new scooter”

First they suggested sending out another size in the same order, and when I said I'd see how things went, they sent out another size before they'd even received the first pair back - in fact, they arrived the next morning.
