Ordered from them in the past had only one issue. But this evening I ordered food and paid for it. The food was never delivered and the customer service said that the driver said he delivered the food. After receiving that message from them I could no longer message them back it’s Like they blocked me or something. So I paid $40 for dinner and ended up out the money no refund no nothing and no food. Horrible customer service would not recommend them and will not use them again.

I ordered a meal and it was delivered to our landlords upstairs. It was found the next morning. However it is now over two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. I have talked with chat support 4 times now and they keep saying it’s credited on their end. Obviously they lied.

The worst service ever last time I used they were to bring me subs from mrsub never saw the driver probably kept it for him self because it was already paid,I asked customer service if I could pay for my food when it arrives and they said no which means there main is to rip off the customer

The drivers can't follow instructions, worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stay away. I never write complaints about anything. Skip the Dishes is a total rip off. Do not use. Thank you.

Help chat workers are always assholes. If you mess up the address the driver can’t deliver to the correct one and you don’t get a refund. Waste of money and life data

They Literally forgot half of my $200 order at the restaurant and refunded $8.99. So thanks for that guys. Then they blocked my account so I can’t message them online.

First time I ordered and didn't even recieve my purchase and them I waited on the Phone for 20 mins for customer service for them to tell me to hang up and call back and then when I called back they said I should see my refund in 5 days.I don't know about everybody else but that was my last 40 bucks and now we don't get to have a special dinner.

Honestly the worst service for food. You could possibly call a random number offer them money if they get you food and give them a vague description of what you are feeling and you will not only get closer to what you want than skip the dish, it will most likely be faster. I only order here when i can't use any other service and they consistently take between 2-3 hours, deliver cold food to the wrong address then when i finally get it most of the order is missing or wrong. Best part even when i was missing half my order they only tried to give me 5 dollars in "credit" which wouldn't even cover what i didn't get let alone the inconvenience of waiting 2.5 hours. There's a reason this service is rated 1 star.

The order was not delivered two times. First time it could be mistake but second time I think their drivers and process is poor. I would never order again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app. I told the chat support right away when it showed delivered. That I didn’t receive it. He said he cannot help me as the food was delivered. I think it was common sense to ask the driver go back and see if the food hasn’t been picked by anyone and deliver to right address. They literally did Nothing. Our guests were waiting. Not reliable service. And shitty chat support. My order number - 195030864

Ordered last night for the second time. 2 hours waiting for our meal we were notified by our app that the food had been delivered I called the restaurant and it had been picked up an hour earlier. Spoke to customer service and they apologized and gave us a $5 credit. Twice ordered, twice burned. Truly the worst. Never using their service again.

you can not write the proper address in the search bar. it keeps on dropping the pin in the wrong location so write half the address at the top and then in the options have to write the unit number....so out dated dumb. half the drivers dont use a bag its sitting in the truck as is not in the skip the dishes bag. when you call to complain half the people dont speak proper english.. started to use uber eats and door dash....you cant send an email to the company there is no other phons number to complain...this company doesnt care about customer service. they were good in the begining but has fallen through the cracks now

No delivery at all but two drivers were supposed to pick up my delivery. I've been waiting two hours for NOTHING. Even the Restaurant called to tell us the driver is not coming and the food was not good anymore . Finally the customer service is not helping at all , answer with pre-record sentences and leaves the chat while its not over. Never again! I'll tell everyone to not order with you! My child is starving!!! Grrrrr

This is absolutely the worst company i have ever deal with, i am about to take them to Small Claims Court. After purchasing a $25 gift card could not redeem it and after several calls and emails, no action. Skip this Company!!!

This is the most unprofessional company or whatever you want to call it in Ontario. My order was confirmed at 1:57 and did not get delivered until 3:00. It was just a pizza from Twice the Deal. I was chatting with support Dolly T and was told she would look into what was going on with my order since the currier I was matched with was sitting in the spot for 10 minutes, she then replied saying she would look into it and keep me updated, she then left the chat before I could even respond. Right after she left the chat the currier starting moving towards the pickup location. The time was at 15 minutes when suddenly it went blank and said that my currier would be matched closer to my pickup time and the time then went to 32 minutes. I messaged them again and got matched with a new agent, the conversation is attached. After she stopped responding, 20 minutes later, I was matched with a new currier, and then my order was delivered 30 minutes later and the agent still had never responded to my messages. DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME WITH SKIP THE DISHES

Very bad service the so called drivers I don't think they have a driver license or they got it in a lucky charms box. Had a driver almost rear end my truck and was speeding down the road while children were playing. Not very happy

SkipTheDishes is great...as long as there are no issues with your order. We did a recent order from Jet Sushi in Halifax on August 7. Our driver was lost...we could see him going around and around on the GPS, even pulled around into our parking lot, and out again. So I messaged skip knowing full well that it would be a fight because we all know the customer service is terrible. I was messaging with the first agent, Anita, who claimed that she contacted the driver and he would be here shortly. She then left the chat. I proceeded to message and another agent took over. This time I said enough is enough...the driver had been driving around at this point with our sushi for an hour. I requested a refund and was told no...I pushed back and was told the skip credits would be in our account. Two days later I checked and no credits. I messaged again asking where our credit was...keep in mind this was a $63 bill. The first agent claimed there was no record of the conversation and that the sushi was showing as delivered. And he left the chat. Another agent took over, Obi, and said he would review the file. He came back and said that he would ensure that the credits were in our account. I mistakenly thanked him, but did learn by this point to always send the transcript of any conversation with skip to your email. A few minutes later we did get a credit...for 5 bucks. I proceeded to email skip directly and of course no one has responded. How this company is even allowed to stay in business I will never know but I do know that we will never, ever use skip again. Use DoorDash or UberEats...At least they care about their customers.

Ordered McDonald’s through skip. Took 45 minutes for the driver to deliver my order to the wrong address. Absolutely trash. Deleted the skip app.

Placed an order, driver picks it up then as I’m watching the app he aimlessly drives the wrong way and then drives around in circles heading farther away from our house after he had already picked up the food. It took over 25 minutes from the time he picked up to deliver. When I asked him why he was driving the opposite direction from my house and why it took him over 25 minutes when I could have driven to the restaurant and back in 15 min he said he had to stop for gas. Food was cold. Your chat customer service Rep gave me a lousy 5.00 skip credit for an order that with the drivers tip Came to 115.00 and was not even eaten I will never use your app again
