The worst delivery service. They are very unreliable. I've had 5 instances where my food has not even shown up. On top of that, dealing with customer service is a headache. They are extremely slow to respond and didn't even issue me back a full refund for food that I didn't receive. I will most definitely be switching to uber eats because I'm sick of skip the dishes.

I use the app for the first time today and what a worse experience I had. The deliver never deliver my supper! Can you imagine you have ordered the supper for your entire family and never got the food? You should evaluate better on how the delivers behave!!!!!!

The majority of the drivers are disrespectful and don't feel the need to follow road rules and I have watched several times as several of them have been asked NOT to park in certain areas but NEVER listen. They also like to stand around in the parking lot and talk for 5+ minutes after retrieving food so customer food gets cold on them but the restaurant has to pay for it.. terrible hiring team and terrible way worse delivery team..

I ordered from Skip the dishes in December for lunch for my friend and myself . I ordered it around 1 pm and according to the tracker it arrived at 3:45 pm , after 2 hrs and 45 mins, when i went soen my building to pick it up, there was no one. They did not even call me to inform to come and pick up. it was past lunch time and went down to check as per the tracker, there was nothing left, no delivery person , no food. I called them , they investigated for like half an hour and sorry the driver must have given to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and was mad, as my friend was invited by me for lunch . Oh we will process the refund and when I asked about my time wasted, I will ask my manager. I haven't received any call yet. I promised myself , I will never order from here next time. Pathetic customer service and no refund and they value the customer like zero, and from my side they get a review of zero.

I would give a zero review if I could. We have had three wrongful charges on our bank account from skip the dishes. We did not make these orders. They do not show up in our history of our skip the dishes account but they came out of our bank account. I tried to contact customer service, that was a waste of time. So basically this company has stolen over 76 dollars of my money. I would not and do not recommend this place to anyone. I do not have receipts to show as I did not make these purchases they are crooks.

I placed the order with Skip the Dishes, they cancelled it , I have never received it, asked for my money back, but they only gave me refund in points, which I did not want, spoke to them on line number of times, still no refund. therefore I would never order from them again.

Poor customer service. Their courier delivered at the other mariot hotel we never got our food and the only offer is refund!

We order in 2 hours in advance our Christmas dinner. The driver arrives at the restaurant and sits there for over hour. When I contact customer service the driver tells them they are closed. How can you be accepting order if restaurant is closed. I called the restaurant they answered and said they are closed at 10pm our order was for 6:15pm. I got in reach with owner from the restaurant and they inform us that our food was release to driver. Driver took food and told customer support they were closed. Customer support also called and said they couldn’t get hold of anyone. Very strange that we could get through. They don’t want help customer to get their food but just say they’ll cancel order and refund credits. Why would I like to use service again if you can’t provide correct service. Very disappointed with their service

Customer service is very poor. I’ve contacted customer service enough to see that they only provide vague answers when contacting them. I would recommend DoorDash or Uber Eats over SkipTheDishes. This exact situation has happened multiple times - I’ve waited nearly 3 hours with dishonest wait times and a compensation of $5 in Skip credits. Take your business elsewhere.

Twice in a week the drivers delivered my order to my neighbours and I'm in a multi family unit where the house numbers are mentioned. Customer service takes an hour to give credits and they verify what your saying as if its an investigation rather than improving service.

so my company sent me a gift card to my company email which blocked a link on their email due to security reasons, and its essentially impossible to get my gift card even after reaching out to customer service. Garbage experience, Garbage company.

Maybe for some other people this service is great but for me, I used it twice and once food is delivered, it is cold plus considering the extra charges and fees, I would rather pick up my food and give tips to the restaurant workers. That way I know it is still warm and edible.

I was given TWO electronic gift cards worth $50 and I couldn't use them after extensive chatting with two different customer service people. BOYCOTT. This company will not be around for long as it's service is garbage.

Was great for awhile when all orders delivered without any problems. We delivered food to our home and our elder mothers home. Was a good customer until one delivery guy couldn't find the home (weird cause others had no problem) and said he couldn't find the place ... no refund ... tried again and he actually said he delivered it. Thats when customer service wouldn't even take out calls! Customer service on the app GONE! Wow terrible company .. save your money they won't even discuss the issue! Out 200 bucks!

They scam out of money, they deliver cold food and say they give 50% back because they no longer refund fully but yet I paid 50$ and get 17$ back? That's not 50% at all, they should all be shut down. Listen people, DO NOT order from them, they will scam you out of your money and laugh at you with it. NEVER AGAIN.

i am not happy with the last transaction i had with skipthedishes.com. i bought a gift card in a city that had listed many restaurants that were participating in the program, but it turned out that only mcdonalds was onboard. so what did the company do for me? absolutely nothing! $100 in reserve for who knows how long. i tried to use gift code in another city, as suggested by company, but it was not accepted! am i happy? not a chance!

Customer service is rude. Ordered from them and the food arrived cold, stale, and not edible. I contacted customer service and they didn’t care. I spent $25 and they offered $8 in credits. I had to throw the food away. Not worth it. Use a different delivery service.

They scam people out of their money and tell them they’ve been flagged and will no longer get service meanwhile they are the scammers because they waited until my order was paid for and told me this none sense while refusing to give my money back. Never again will I or anyone I know order with these scammers. Go with Uber eats people.
