horrible experience. we ordered our food and watched the driver go down the street to the wrong house and deliver the food. not only did we not get our food but were told we have to wait 5-10 days for a refund. Absolute terrible customer service. not only will I not use Skip the dishes I will disuade anyone I know from using the service. if you're looking for feedback 1. make your drivers take a picture of the delivery drop 2. text the owner 3. have immediate refund policy? Drivers name came up as David. My suggestion is to not allow David to deliver your food or use Skip the dishes as a service.

Be very CAREFUL!!! If you try to order and you get a "not responding, from a restaurant, do not order from somewhere else, you'll get 2 orders and get charge from both places. I tried to get a refund, they told me I would get a refund, because it was their system, but I never received my refund, and trying to get in touch with them is so difficult. Bad customer service.

Worst service ever. Order from restaurant directly instead. Already owed me $50 from missing items and aid they'd issue credits, never did, ordered $60 of pizza and the driver picked up food and then disappeared for an hour then said he delivered it. Neelam from customer service was totally useless and rude. The best they could do was refund the 60$ nothing for inconvenience of waiting two hours for dinner to not get any food. It's always the same with them. Cut out the middle man. They instantly charge you before even getting you food but take 5 days (which ends up being two weeks and then they refund the wrong amount and you have to speak to manager, who you can't call, THEY call YOU on their time. Once they called me at like 930pm on a Sunday night! ) Just don't bother with this company I have deleted the app and this company will not exist soon if you all do the same(or don't get it in the first place). The ONLY good thing is they don't jack up the menu prices like doordash and just eat and don't charge a hefty service fee like Uber but it's a shot in the dark if you even get your whole order

If I could rate in the negatives for their customer service support, I would. Never felt more disrespected and dismissed by a company, absolutely awful how they handle complaints of any kind. First contacted their support email on Dec. 28th of 2020 about an issue I had with the delivery bags I ordered never being shipped. It worked out since I had found another job anyway and didn't require them anymore, so I just needed a refund for the items that I had paid for and never received. A representative by the name of Kulwinder Singh responded back to my email promptly and reassured me I'd be getting a refund no problem since I had all the proof and information, etc. The 16th of January 2021 rolled around, with still no refund. Replied to that same email so all the history of of the conversation would be kept, and was responded to by someone named Hargun K. telling me to update my vehicle information so the bags could be delivered. Not at all what my request had been, so I responded saying they should check the previous emails because all I need is a refund; I did NOT want the bags, seeing as how I did NOT want to work for that company anymore. Yet again was shifted to another representative by the name of Shahram R. telling me the bags have now been sent (regardless of all the emails, the un-updated vehicle information, and the original promise for a refund). By this point it is now the 21st of January, and I have received no help and only been shuffled around by three different people, none of whom are actually listening to me. I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and requested a number to call or for someone I could complain more directly to seeing as how I was getting no help. No further contact information was given, and that last representative simply said it's up to me now to cancel the items in transit (despite it being their fault for shipping it against my wishes) and that a refund will only be given when the bags return to them. The entire situation is just baffling and infuriating; the worst customer service I have ever received.

Software totally broken or the drivers are brain-dead, or both. I literally have an issue every single time I order, the drivers are always driving in the completely wrong direction or just sitting there for 30 mins. I'm officially done and switching to Doordash. Customer service is awful, nobody that works here is motivated

Just a suggestion for skip the dishes you should now screen all your drivers before you hire them they're having just any dirt bag apply and deliver your stuff just because they don't have a criminal record doesn't mean they have experience with customer service the drivers lately have been lousy tonight I ordered a supper from the restaurant for a family spent over $50 and the delivery order never even showed up I had to speak to two different Representatives because the first guy left just to get a credit and then call the restaurant to have them deliver which again the restaurant was out of the money so anybody who thinks about ordering through skip the dishes just call the restaurant these restaurants that are struggling are starting to have their own delivery drivers seeing how important it is because this company rips them off and rips you off as a customer and it's just been frustrating cuz this is like the 10th 11th or 12th time that I've had this problem with this company

Customer service is absolutely terrible and will only give canned responses. When I couldn't log in (their issue 'unknown error'), they told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would notify the RESTAURANT on my behalf. I waited over an hour for a password reset. This was to get invoices for my business. Their receipts don't show payment type or anything, so the receipts are useless. They have lost my business. I would buy ~$300 per week for my staff. Now it is an accounting nightmare.

Customer service is slow and painful. I had two issues with skip . One was a previous order for Popeyes. The order was old and dry. I was issued a credit. This morning made a order for breakfast. The order was confirmed delivered by the driver. He drive to the address and never got out of his car. I was issued credits that I will have to use. However after that I recommend DoorDash. Never again. Will I use Skip.

Waited over an hour for food that didn't come. Chat support wouldn't follow up asap with driver despite me asking many times. Triplet 8 year olds melting down because no dinner and almost their bedtime. Chat support disconnected me when I said I would wait while they follow up. Restaurant said order was picked up so where is the food? Where is the customer service?

Second week in a row they have messed up our order. Last week they delivered somewhere else. I contacted them and they said they would refund me but they haven't. This week we only got half the order. The chat line is useless. Never going to order from them again. Horrible.

Skip the dishes is the worst delivery service and horrible customer service. I had multiple instances where i had the wrong order delivered, missing items etc... They give you a refund or skip credits great, but do not refund you the tip or delivery fee. So i pay for someone and tip them to deliver not my order and missing items. Then i have to pay for delivery again and tip someone else to deliver the correct food. Not only should they refund your full order but should compensate for the mistake. The excuse is the restaurants fault. I ordered from your service not the restaurants. Never will i use skip, Uber eats thank you for full refunds and credits my business is going there.

The worst delivery service. They are very unreliable. I've had 5 instances where my food has not even shown up. On top of that, dealing with customer service is a headache. They are extremely slow to respond and didn't even issue me back a full refund for food that I didn't receive. I will most definitely be switching to uber eats because I'm sick of skip the dishes.

I use the app for the first time today and what a worse experience I had. The deliver never deliver my supper! Can you imagine you have ordered the supper for your entire family and never got the food? You should evaluate better on how the delivers behave!!!!!!

The majority of the drivers are disrespectful and don't feel the need to follow road rules and I have watched several times as several of them have been asked NOT to park in certain areas but NEVER listen. They also like to stand around in the parking lot and talk for 5+ minutes after retrieving food so customer food gets cold on them but the restaurant has to pay for it.. terrible hiring team and terrible way worse delivery team..

I ordered from Skip the dishes in December for lunch for my friend and myself . I ordered it around 1 pm and according to the tracker it arrived at 3:45 pm , after 2 hrs and 45 mins, when i went soen my building to pick it up, there was no one. They did not even call me to inform to come and pick up. it was past lunch time and went down to check as per the tracker, there was nothing left, no delivery person , no food. I called them , they investigated for like half an hour and sorry the driver must have given to the wrong address. I asked for a refund and was mad, as my friend was invited by me for lunch . Oh we will process the refund and when I asked about my time wasted, I will ask my manager. I haven't received any call yet. I promised myself , I will never order from here next time. Pathetic customer service and no refund and they value the customer like zero, and from my side they get a review of zero.

I would give a zero review if I could. We have had three wrongful charges on our bank account from skip the dishes. We did not make these orders. They do not show up in our history of our skip the dishes account but they came out of our bank account. I tried to contact customer service, that was a waste of time. So basically this company has stolen over 76 dollars of my money. I would not and do not recommend this place to anyone. I do not have receipts to show as I did not make these purchases they are crooks.

I placed the order with Skip the Dishes, they cancelled it , I have never received it, asked for my money back, but they only gave me refund in points, which I did not want, spoke to them on line number of times, still no refund. therefore I would never order from them again.
