Absolutely discusting service. Today skyline lost a long term customer. I ordered a taxi for my disabled mother and her medium dog today and am told by skyline that they are happy to take dogs and it’s not a problem. The taxi driver arrives opens the window and says I don’t take dogs then starts to drive off before we can speak. I call the company back up and I am transferred to a person who apologises and says she will get another taxi sent and will make sure the driver is aware we have a dog. The second driver arrives again opens the window and says I don’t take dogs and drives off before we can even open our mouths to respond. I call again and am passed through to this extremely rude woman who firstly does not apologise and is not empathetic in anyway, I proceed to tell them what we have just gone through and mention my mother’s disabled and has just had to walk out the house and down the yard twice. She laughs and says ‘what has your mothers disability got to do with anything’ and then proceeds to laugh when we ask for a discounted trip and advises, while laughing over the phone that we will need to pay full price and it’s not the company’s fault that the taxi drivers do not read their notes. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, if anyone in my workplace acted anywhere near how these two taxi drivers and women acted they would have been fired for gross misconduct. Probably not going to be the case with skyline. Never again shall I order from them and I recommend you don’t waste your time as it seems near on all of them have a rude and disgusting attitude.

Everything is wrong here , dirty cars, drivers who are not familiar with roads / destination. No sat nav in a lot of cases. Poor comprehension/ communication skills. Lack of care or concern in the office etc etc.

Terrible! No customer service, leave you sat on hold with very poor communication. I booked the night before and they still couldn't get it right!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Awful service. Driver called to say he had arrived, clearly hadn’t, I directed where he should be and waited….nothing turned up for 5-10 mins, Called driver, with just responses of ‘grunts’ and hung up. Called operator, who Said driver was there, again I explained…he wasn’t and again gave instructions to where we were (even though he had apparently just picked up from the exact same place 🙃…hmmm doubtful)! So from the time the driver told me he was here to collect (plus many phone calls to the driver ad the operator) after 25minutes we finally got in the car!! In total the car was 45minutes late! Awful service!!!!

Have been using skyline for a number of years and to be honest have never been disappointed until this evening. Booked a taxi to take me home from work. Was waiting outside the office before the time it was booked for and before it arrived. The driver was really rude, stated he had called me 3 times...why? Tried to explain that I can't have my phone on at work. He wasn't interested, then drove like Louis Hamilton at Silverstone. So not impressed. Think it's tiime to change the taxi company I use a minimum of 5 times a week, if not more

Saturday sent a car with no markings and no license plate. Was it licensed ? Booked a car Friday on the app to take me this morning for my train. But the app lost the booking. Called and told there’s be a car with me in 10 minutes.. 15 minutes later the driver calls to say he’s 15 minutes away. All in all, consistently terrible service and certainly not getting any further custom from me. Utterly amethyst.

App price agreed was disputed by driver who then decided it was OK to keep us sat in taxi whilst he disputed the fee with his office then when asked to just take us home thought the best response was to tell us to get out of his car!! Called the office to complain and after waiting 15 minutes to talk to his controller Anna, she thought the best way to deal with this complaint was to accuse the customer of having a drink and to END the call. Reality check!, all customers who decide to not break the law and call a taxi are not so drunk that they can be considered irrelevant. I sincerely hope skyline values regular customers enough to make contact and resolve this issue. Ultimately, if they don't, there are enough other taxi firms that I can happily delete my skyline app for future use. Let's see what happens....

At 8:15pm July 3rd 2021 a taxi driver tried to drive me somewhere I dont even know. He then locked me in the car and demanding that i pay double. He tried to kidnap me. The company is a fraud, they kept saying money didnt go through but money 100% went through because the dumb skyline app gives you receipts.

Overcharged daughter. Also charged her £1.01 just for the privilege of being first time customer. Charged £6.31 for 1.1mile journey. Ignored emails and Facebook messages and eventually replied with.. She was charged correct fee! Well not according to your advertised charges. £3.70 first mile and £1.10 for any part of extra mile.

I ordered a taxi as soon as I got in it without even moving the cost was already £1.60 and this was all because of the waiting time of me getting my shoes on! So my 5 minute journey cost me £6.40, ridiculous to charge me without even moving

Horrible cab service and horrid customer service. Same mileage but different charges to earn money. Don't use this cab service. I had to call thrice but not been helped. I had used them but my recent experience has made me to put full stop!

I was travelling today with kids for their swimming lesson.i always pay by card.i was told my card was declined..after few times payment went through.i was insisting on trying again and again as it was impossible(I knew I had a money on my account) on way back the same thing happened,I was told by driver that payment didn't go through so we tried again but no luck.we called operator who was extremely rude,telling me I have no money on account and trying to cheat..(yes for the sake of 5 pounds lol) than called me stupid and ask me do I understand english that's where I went hold on,who do u think u r?when I asked him for his name and surname so I can make official complain he said "you don't need to know my name" and he cut me off. if not for me feeling sorry for the driver who was really polite and sweet I would not be bothered. as I didnt have any cash I took money from piggy bank and payed him extra for the hussle but I will never use this company again.

I have never had a good experience with this company. Drivers arrive late, drivers are incredibly rude, cabs are filthy. Having used a taxi service near my parent's home this weekend, I am reminded that cabs don't need to be as awful as Sky Taxis Milton Keynes. Unfortunately, other local firms are just as bad. There is a real opportunity for a decent operator to set up a new taxi service in Milton Keynes - the standard of competition is so low, that they would have no problem getting work.
