Terrible experience with Skyline Taxis

Have been charged twice for a taxi that was taken on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Despite assurances my money would be refunded it hasn't been put back in my account and now I'm having to chase and argue with their accounts department. I have deleted their app and won't use this company again.

I boooked a taxi today at 7.05 for 7.50 am and the taxi kept getting delayed, when it was 8.02am I got a notification to say it was going to be 5 mins late again of which at this point I was left with no choice but to cancel it and use an alternative, I was 15 minutes late for work which is not good but the most upsetting part is I was still charged 3.70, I know it doesn’t sound much but considering that your company failed me and delayed me then charged me it’s UNACCEPTABLE of which I want my money back .

IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS - DISGUSTING!! I reported your driver MALIK PLATE SNC177 to the Police for false imprisonment as he would not let my brother out of the taxi!! I will be reporting you to Milton Keynes Council Taxi Licensing as you shouldn’t be allowed to operate I’ll also be writing to the MP for MILTON KEYNES I will NEVER use you again

Skyline igives a very very POOR service. I booked a taxi to Bletchley. I told tge driver that I have an accountvwith Skykine but it was showing cash on my phone. I said please let me get money from an ATM machine before we get to ky destination. Instead this Ethopian driver got me to ky destination an then when I vould not use my credit card because there was no internet, he drove me anothrrb2 mikes to get money. The journey that was stated as £10 now cost me £14 . What a day time fraud. Please do not use this company. It stinks

I had a bad experience with skyline. I would have given no star at all if allowed. Skyline is non deserving of the one star minimum imposed. I prebooked a taxi a day before my flight from heathrow airport for 6 a.m. No one showed up. I had to get my hotel to make another booking that morning. Consequently, I almost missed my flight. I was the last person to board the plane. The customer service employees needs some extensive trainings on how to talk to customers. The one that took my call was borderline rude.

Hi, To say that I'm" not satisfied "with your service is to say nothing. I prebooked a taxi for 5:50a.m in the evening. I suppose to go to work to Luton town from the coachway milton keynes. I was ready at 5:45a.m, standing outside and waiting for the taxi. At 5: 55 I start calling the skyline and asking where is my taxi. Bus to Luton at 6:25. a.m. Someone, who response my call has said that they couldn't find a taxi. I understood that they no gonna make it. It takes 15 minutes to drive from my home address to the coachway. Then after 15 minutes they said that the driver was calling me, which is a lie. I was with my phone, constantly checking the time. What I have now? I missed my coach, I couldn't get to work, I lost a working day and I paid £29 for national express bus. Someone on the phone was trying to explain that I don't have priority. And what this priority means ? This was "prebooking" taxi since 10p.m till 5a.m you couldn't find a taxi? This wasn't last minute call at all. The system is completely wrong and against their customers needs. At list send an email or phone call that you have no taxi for me and do it before my booking time!!! instead of customer standing outside on time ,awaiting for the car, message or whatever. Very dissatisfied with this service and experience. Customer.

Left my friend and I waiting for 45 mins for a taxi despite reassurances of 'just 5 minutes' on a very quiet Thursday evening. Very poor service and consistently lying about timings.

Fraud and incompetent driver who drove past me but claimed the fare at destination. Had to order new taxi. Called admin department three times and send email all ignored. Claimed on credit card as fraud.

As with previous reviews we had an unbelievable experience and would never be able to recommend this company. Pre booked minibus for 12:10 am to take teenage children home after a wedding. Rung at 12:15 to be told they were waiting for an available car to come! They're happy to leave 5 kids outside a hall even after prebooking for a time. We cancelled then and called another who were there in 10 mins. Got a call from Skyline at 12:55 to say 2 taxis were 12 minutes away. Again happy to leave people sat in the dark for over an hour if we hadn't found a reputable firm to do the transport. Please don't use them!

Waiting for an hour. Have rung three times and keep being told it's going to be here soon. Think they're messing with me deliberately now. Have cost me my train ticket.

My taxi was booked a night before for 6:30am. Then at 6:45 I had not even seen anything. No update, no calls and nothing. I then called the customer service and she said yeah the taxi will take another 15 minutes. No apologies or nothing. I then was like I am late already no update from u so I wld have even called my work to update them. Then she said I can make a complaint to the office then. Like 😳

I called tonight and booked a taxi I have appointment at 10 PM. When I called them they said it would take 10 mnts to come to my address but operator late to upload the job and made late to contact to driver. I got total 40 mnts late for my appointment it is my Job interview. Totally ......up.

The driver could not find the location and instead of speaking to the person he was supposed to be picking up he cancelled the call and left them stranded. Disgusting!!!

Horrendous service, not even a 1 star!!! Driver left two ladies stranded at midnight and customer services have ignored my calls and lies to me for 60 hours and 15 phone calls! Issue still not resolved!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO PUT in a COMPLAINT to your own Local authority as suggested here posted 2 Months ago and my concerns regarding 4 young girls on a trip from London to the borough of Northampton it seems I was not alone in this you have your Rights to exercise this . “If you are not satisfied with the cab service to yourself of any ill-treatment and feel you are at risk with the service that is provided which includes the requirement of any disability and your needs, you have the right to contact your Northampton Council where these self-employed drivers get their License if this warrants your case. I feel some of these drivers are not fit to have a license serving the public. My daughter was left on the M1 Motorway with her friends when they travel to Northampton to spend the weekend with a friend who moved from London they traveled back to the Hilton Hotel there was a diversion back to the Hotel this was his problem ( the skyline driver) so he said he is going no further, a maintenance worker eventually stopped him, he never knew where he was going, the workman was adamant he was not leaving them because of the Danger. I emailed the Council in the borough who gives these self employed drivers their licence to serve the public and to the obvious of Safety to their customer that is not to put them in danger. AWFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! WORST TAXI EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE!!! Me and my friend attended a concert last 21st of May and take note, I booked the cab to collect us from Stadium MK back to Russell Square ONE WEEK BEFORE the event, which they confirmed. Concert ended at 1030PM — I tried calling them several times but after following up like 3x within 4 HOURS IN THE COLD, YES, CAB ARRIVED AT 2AM!!! 2 IN THE MORNING, IN THE COLD!!! — They just ignore my call, knowing they ACCEPTED MY BOOKING A WEEK AHEAD!!!

I pre booked a journey to Stadium mk to a concert with my daughter on Sunday 22/5 We needed to be in Milton Keynes for 6.30. The cab was due at 5.30. It hadn't arrived by 6pm. I phoned to be told it was on it's way it still hadn't arrived by 6.15. I then received a call from a driver at 6.30 to say he had just been given the job and would be 45 minutes. I then had to order another, Eurocabs, who were brilliant. Skyline couldn't care less about my booking. I had booked a return with Skyline at 11.30. When I tried to call to tell them where we were they didn't bother to answer the call. My daughter and I were stuck in Milton Keynes needing to get home 30 miles away. Thank goodness Eurocabs came to our rescue. I will certainly not recommend Skyline Taxis
