Disgusting service. Try to rip customers off. Charge you when the car isn't moving and the meter is moving up very very quickly. I asked the driver to stop the car so I could pay and order another taxi from a different taxi service and he would not stop the car. I said that I would pay the meter amount and want to get out but would not stop. He said he would charge the price I normally charge from a different taxi company. Avoid this company!!!!!!

Just to let you guys know if you are not satisfied with the cab service to yourself of any ill-treatment and feel you are at risk with the service that is provided which includes the requirement of any disability and your needs, you have the right to contact your Northampton Council where these self-employed drivers get their License if this warrants your case. I feel some of these drivers are not fit to have a license serving the public in my case Skyline Driver registration No: "2060" at the Northampton The Old Granary NN4 8HP (although you've moved location) what is your correct address as discussed on other reviews you have moved location. People, customers you have every right to take the driver's details registration number, or car number plate call 0300 126 7000 your local council who authorize their license depending on what area of Northampton call licensing taxi driver to complain or online. Skyline Cabs has no competitive business such as Uber or Bolts offering competition for you guys in Northamptonshire for a service you deserve with respect and your needs to be addressed. Still awaiting the Manager's phone call for an update on the treatment of my daughter on the M1 Motorway left in the darkness no lights to see after the Skyline cab driver force her out of the car because of diversion did not know where you was going, did you?. Thank you to the Maintenance worker who came to help my daughter and her friend.

My young 18 year old daughter and 3 17 year old Friends travelled from London on the 11th February 2022 and booked in at The Hilton Hotel, they went into Town for a meal and ordered a skyline cab on the 12th from Wellingborough Road NN1 4DN. There was a road closure on M1 Motorway on the way back to The Hilton Hotel and not only was Driver Registration No:2060 talking in his own language He did not know Where the hell he was going, Left my daughter and her friends at the side of the M1 Motorway he ordered them to get out of the car saying he is not going any further. They were completely scared and frightened in the dark and they completely was in Shock and horror of what happened. There is no Lights on that motorway. It was a 40-50 minutes he expected my daughter and friends to walk on the motorway to get back to the Hilton Hotel. YOU are Disgusting human being to do that to young girls, You are not Fit to drive any human being anywhere and SkyLine Taxis you are also responsible for safeguarding young Girls and any Members of the public…hopefully the Police will deal with your self employed Drivers they are of criminals behaviour. Do Not trust these drivers who from this company.

I give 1star because I can't give 0! The app sent the driver to the wrong address, the phone number given would not connect and when finally later, after waiting on the street, I managed to talk to the driver and he picked me app from the right address i had to pay for drivers waiting time in the wrong address and the drive to pick me up. I called skyline to complain: 2 people hang up on me, a third one put me through to a 4th wrong person that complained about that and then hang up on me. Not the best way to treat and keep customers. They Lost me!

Poor timekeeping, drivers who don't know the area and rip off pricing. Rates are hard to keep a handle on with extra for mornings, extra for evenings, extra for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and charged triple time on Christmas eve during the day and didn't even tell me when I booked the cab! Vile company that bought all the local competition, closed their businesses and then started price gauging because they had no local competitor left and could get away with it! Would be cheaper to use a black cab than these con artists!

Only Taxi firm in MK. Left me on hold for 10mins when I asked for a quote to get there. Don't answer the phone/leave a message when I want to get home. That's what happens when there is 1 taxi firm that rules MK. Because they can ((👊))

Driver did not pull up to the house, despite my wife using a walking stick, so not arriving to the address it was booked for. The meter was started before we got into the cab, and was already on £6.10; the driver said it was Christmas increased fare, but it was more than twice the normal starting fare, and we had no pre warning of this when we phoned up to book. Appauling and daylight robbery!

Getting really tired of the taxi drivers refusing to tell you who they're waiting for and instead asking for your name first, I would be happy to show them my booking one they tell me my name to confirm that it is in fact my taxi and not somebody else, it's safety critical!

Been spending 100per week on taxi in/out of work for months, service has become appealing, waiting half an hour or more each morning and evening and often late for work due to poor service. No one answers phone, morning fair has gone up. Spent a fortune using this company. Customer respect is broken. Money grabbing company that has no respect for customers or driver's.

Appalling. Despite booking in advance taxi was a no show and only despatched when chased 30 minutes late from Milton Keynes which is at least a further 30 mins away leaving 6 people freezing cold for nearly an hour. Appalling. Customer service non existent, simply transfer you to a number that rings out or to the driver who's not at fault.

Skyline used to be reliable. They shouldn't confirm pre-bookings if they don't have enough drivers or can't plan or manage the bookings they have. After waiting 30 mins for my pre-booked taxi, with the app saying "searching for a driver" and no-one answering their phone, I drove instead. You've just lost a regular customer!

I booked a taxi for 10.15 on Saturday night, to include my 7 year old and my dad at 79. Waited until 10.30 and I called them, I suggested that if we were 15 mins late the cab would charge us so we should get a discount from our fare. The controller put me onto a manager who said because I was rude he was cancelling our taxi and sounded really pleased with himself after I told him not to cancel it. I told him I’ll be leaving a bad review but he couldn’t care less. We all had to walk home very cold and damp as no other taxis available. Avoid. Rude and arrogant.

Ordered a taxi from West bletchley but they tried to pick me up from my address the taxi driver screamed at me down the phone and told me it was my fault .told me to rebook a taxi absolutely disgusting how a taxi driver can shout a customer like it was my fault .wouldn't use this company again

Ordered taxi got charged 2 pounds extra so I called to query this and operator said from Friday to Sunday is 2; pounds extra I asked why customers where not notified of this and she replied because we haven't notified any customers I replied do you not think customers have the right to know and all she could say was I can forward you to another controller. So customers beware it's 5.50 when you get in a taxi instead of the normal 3.50.how disgusting can't even let their customers know

Lucky to have given it 1 star. Shame can’t give it minus. Absolutely terrible - pre booked taxi and was extremely late. When asked to be put through to manager - the manager refused to speak to me. Was then told our return taxi would be on time but same thing happened and over 30mins late. Totally useless. Will not be using this company again!

Appalling . Booked a cab 4 hours before I needed it to get to work. I know it was a Saturday night. Assigned a taxi then changed it because they had a better offer. Inferior service from an inferior taxi company.

Absolutely discusting service. Today skyline lost a long term customer. I ordered a taxi for my disabled mother and her medium dog today and am told by skyline that they are happy to take dogs and it’s not a problem. The taxi driver arrives opens the window and says I don’t take dogs then starts to drive off before we can speak. I call the company back up and I am transferred to a person who apologises and says she will get another taxi sent and will make sure the driver is aware we have a dog. The second driver arrives again opens the window and says I don’t take dogs and drives off before we can even open our mouths to respond. I call again and am passed through to this extremely rude woman who firstly does not apologise and is not empathetic in anyway, I proceed to tell them what we have just gone through and mention my mother’s disabled and has just had to walk out the house and down the yard twice. She laughs and says ‘what has your mothers disability got to do with anything’ and then proceeds to laugh when we ask for a discounted trip and advises, while laughing over the phone that we will need to pay full price and it’s not the company’s fault that the taxi drivers do not read their notes. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, if anyone in my workplace acted anywhere near how these two taxi drivers and women acted they would have been fired for gross misconduct. Probably not going to be the case with skyline. Never again shall I order from them and I recommend you don’t waste your time as it seems near on all of them have a rude and disgusting attitude.

Everything is wrong here , dirty cars, drivers who are not familiar with roads / destination. No sat nav in a lot of cases. Poor comprehension/ communication skills. Lack of care or concern in the office etc etc.
