“Shopping was easy. Paying with PayPal is also very convenient. The only big issue for me was shipping. They don't ship to Germany. I don't speak English. I use a translator. To get the rubber, which is no longer available here, I had to find an address in the US. That's a lot of stress for me. I don't understand the language. Shipping to the depot worked. Now I'm waiting 21 days for the parts to arrive here. Hopefully, that will work, too. Worldwide shipping would be very helpful. It's up to the customer whether they want to pay the increased shipping price.”

“I ordered a new CRX engine to replace my Kohler CH20 that went down on my Grasshopper 720k. Small engine Warehouse shipped my order the next day and I had a crate delivered to my house just a couple days later. The engine cam nicely packaged on a pallet and was damage free. I unboxed the engine and had it in my mower and running later that afternoon. I haven’t had a chance to mow with it yet but I’m certain it will do just fine. All in all I was very pleased with Small engine warehouse and I would purchase from them again!”

“The briggs and stratton motor won't run correctly right out of the box. Called for help, sent pic as they asked. Haven't heard back from them. Frustrating.”

I apologize that we weren't as quick as you had hoped in getting back to you. Your initial call came in on 3/31 and we received the photos on 4/1 and our tech called you on 4/3. “They should inform everyone that there are NO REFUNDS. You don’t find out until you get a lemon and have to go through the hassle of getting warranty work done from people you didn’t purchase it from. I never received the hardware for the repower kit. But they did call back and communicate some. Great experience NOT!”

You did purchase this kit online, where our return policy is also posted at the bottom of every single page: https://www.smallenginewarehouse.com/returns/ which does state that items that have been used are not eligible to be returned and they must follow the manufacturer's warranty policy.
This is the link to the item that you purchased online: https://www.smallenginewarehouse.com/49t877-jd-f725-r5?searchid=518934 as you can see it does state that it has a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty through Briggs & Stratton. The warranty would be through the maker of the engine, not us. Just like if you were to purchase a vehicle, the warranty is through the maker of that vehicle, not where the vehicle was purchased.
Lastly about the hardware for the engine, when you called in for assistance, you had already installed the engine. However, if you are referencing the mounting bolts, most new engines do not come with those included, rather, you are to reuse the ones from your old engine that you are replacing.
I hope this clears up some of the confusion you may have in believing that we were not helpful to you or that you received a lemon and that we weren't following the correct protocol in assisting you.

“Arrived fast. Nice motor but the shaft is a little short for replacement for my 1650 series rope start. Ordered & received 1650 series 110 volt start. I notice before I ordered old has a one inch shaft, new replacement I ordered is 3/4” shaft. So I ordered a reduction bushing, but engine shaft is a little to short. I hope to find a solution. “Purchased a discontinued B&S SnowKing 1650 (420cc) via Walmart for a snowblower re-power. Price was excellent, came a week earlier than promised and packaging was first rate. Clearly new and as advertised. Started right up and runs strong. One star off since there was no documentation and no drawings for mounting/ shaft height etc. avail from B&S website (hours of searching). Had to measure to get mounted and select new belts.”
