“I have an old Husqvarna rear tine tiller that had a bad engine. I searched for a couple of years attempting to find a new engine for it but had no success. I spoke with a sales rep at Small Engine Warehouse, and he went to work helping me identify the replacement engine. As it turned out, the engine had been replaced twice by Briggs & Stratton and Brandon was able to verify the fit for my situation. I ordered the engine on Monday and received it on Wednesday via UPS. I put the engine on the tiller and only ran into two issues with the replacement. The belt guard had a stand-off that bolted to the engine and mounted one of the three positions of the guard. It would not fit the new engine but there was a threaded hold in the correct location to mount it. The engine was metric and the old one was SAE but I solved the issue by creating a shoulder bold out of a piece of steel rod and tapped one end to fit the engine and the other to the original SAE threads. Problem solved. After filling the engine with oil and fuel, it started on the first pull. I tilled my garden and it worked flawlessly. When I finished tilling, I killed the engine and restarted it, it started on the first pull once again. I am extremely pleased with the engine and with the very fast service that was provided by Brandon Branscum and Small Engine Warehous. In fact, I am so pleased that if I can find a replacement engine fo my old front tine tiller, I will likely buy a new engine for it from Small Engine Warehous as well. Very pleased customer.”

“The price was good and I'm happy about that. However, the engine purchase was marked as "in stock" on the website but wasn't. There were no updates from the company voluntarily given. It took my calling or emailing to find out what was going on and how long it might be until the engine was in stock.”

“I ordered a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine for my Snapper rider. It arrived quickly. I installed it and it is now working very well. The only issue I had was with the spark plug, which broke during shipment. Though the engine was well packaged, the spark plug was plugged in and the vibration during shipment must have caused the issue. I reported the problem to small engine warehouse and they promised to send me a replacement spark plug and indicated they'd address this issue in the future. I recommended unplugging the spark plug and packaging it separately. Aside from that, the engine and delivery was great. Glad I chose this company.”

“I received my engine on time. It is working great and easily installed except the muffler did not exactly fit the frame of my Troybilt Horse XP. However it was an easy modification, I just had to notch a quarter inch out of the right side running bracket of my frame. Took an extra 5 minutes and then the engine popped right in. Wiring was simple with the provided info. Everything was perfect here. the salesman was great and the overall experience was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend using Small Engine Warehouse for your mower engine needs. Great Job Mates.”
