“The sales service was great and delivery was great. But since I had to replace the brand new starter upon installation and it still won’t start unless ether is sprayed in the air cleaner only to shu off as soon as ether is gone and been waiting 6 days for technician to get with me I am very disappointed and a little angry. He gave me his private number so that I could send him pictures of the hard-to-read serial number off the old engine, which he was able to decipher. It just so happens, that when I was installing it, I was confused by one detail and needed assistance to get unblocked. I contacted Brandon by text on his day off. He quickly responded with the answer to my question and saved my Saturday.”
