“I chose SEW because of their Customer service reviews. I now give a 2-star rating because of their lack of customer service. The engine came in 1 day and had great promise. As I went thru the kit there were parts wrong and or missing. I called customer service, talked to Robin, She created a ticket, and asked for pictures (which I sent that night). I heard absolutely nothing else from SEW until this request for a review. I sent 10 emails over 9 days and received NO RESPONSES! Ended up buying the missing parts from Amazon and engineering my own fixes. Not what I expected.”
