“I ordered a 17.5 HP Briggs and Stratton engine for my Snapper rider. It arrived quickly. I installed it and it is now working very well. The only issue I had was with the spark plug, which broke during shipment. Though the engine was well packaged, the spark plug was plugged in and the vibration during shipment must have caused the issue. I reported the problem to small engine warehouse and they promised to send me a replacement spark plug and indicated they'd address this issue in the future. I recommended unplugging the spark plug and packaging it separately. Aside from that, the engine and delivery was great. Glad I chose this company.”

“I received my engine on time. It is working great and easily installed except the muffler did not exactly fit the frame of my Troybilt Horse XP. However it was an easy modification, I just had to notch a quarter inch out of the right side running bracket of my frame. Took an extra 5 minutes and then the engine popped right in. Wiring was simple with the provided info. Everything was perfect here. the salesman was great and the overall experience was smooth and easy.
