I order these bags often for our boutique. This batch was not white. They are a cream colour and do not match the existing ones I have previously bought.

Not sure we have made a purchase, credit card details were given, asked for an invoice, & haven't received bags, waiting on bank statement to see whether the credit details went thru.

PRINT QUALITY IS VERY POOR. THERE ARE DIRTY LINES THROUGH THE LOGO ON EACH BAG WHICH SUGGESTS A DIRTY/FAULTY PRINTHEAD. PRINTING IS NOT SHARP AND CLEAN ALL OUTLINES HAVE BLED. THE COLOUR SATURATION IS POOR,PATCHY, AND FADED NOT BRIGHT. THE BAG QUALITY IS FINE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPANY TO OTHERS AND DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

Hi, Received the order very promptly - as promised - but only HALF the order arrived! I ordered 50 bags & received only 20??? Need to chat to someone about that please. Lee

Very disappointed. I placed the order on 21/Oct as I was told that the parcel would arrive on 23/Oct or 26/Oct. But when I contacted the office today (27/Oct), someone told me that the parcel was sent to the wrong address.. She said she will dispatch them again tomorrow.... She said she would contact me again with the tracking number. No tracking number has been provided yet for the old parcel, which sent to a wrong place, and the new one. I needed the bags today (27/Oct).... I am in trouble now.. PLEASE SEND THEM ASAP and please send me the tracking number. Thank you.

This is the first we have heard of this, Angela, and are sorry to hear it. If you don't receive an order it is best to contact our office so we can resolve the issue for you. We use TIG freight management and Toll was the courier for your order. Unfortunately many large and smaller companies have suffered delayed deliveries and lack of tracking due to hacking of the Toll system. First purchase was smooth and timely. However this time round has pretty scared me from purchasing again from you. I was initally advised two week delay, i was happy to wait. However after four weeks i received no feedback nor update of where shopment was. I called up to follow up no one was able to locate where the shipment. Never again.

Marianne is very disappointed to read your comments, Jeremy. As she explained at the time, the Toll courier delivery system was down for some weeks, so we could not tell you where your order was. I have attached a news link below about their system crash. We were unable to predict the delay accurately. As she also explained, we had run out of the product that you ordered, so could not re-send. She offered you a similar product, which you declined, so we refunded your money. The bags finally arrived and you re-paid us for them - thankyou. Marianne went through all the back and forth email exchanges and I feel it is unfair to say there was no feedback. She told you on more than one occasion that Toll was unable to tell us where your order was.
