“Great product good price - rubbish service !! I ran out of bags waiting for my delivery only to be told I had not paid. I had paid and waited over two weeks for bags to arrive. I had to buy local for double the price to tie me over.”

“I'm sorry to say that I have been left disappointed with my most recent interactions with Smartbag. First our product didn't have bases in each bag, rendering them useless, then the bases were ordered but not update was provided and when I enquired it was apparent that we had been forgotten. Then we were required to remind the person on the phone multiple times of our arrangement to fix the issue. We will not be returning and have since sourced another bag supplier.”

“The products is fantastic however the customer service has not been good. Communication is very poor. I asked placed an order a month ago and I had to follow up what was happening only to not have any email replies so to call and be told there was a- an issue with supply and b- a delay in printing. I then was told my products would be printed by end of week and I asked for an email to be sent once the product is on the way and I have once again received no communication, just an email asking for my opinion on service!.... so you can understand my frustration.”

“Postage exorbitant. completed transaction telephonically with reduced postage. One week later - still no delivery. Phoned in to enquire, was told my bags were not despatched yet. Long and laborious wait telephonically. Zero service satisfaction. Is this a scam? Very disappointing.”

“I ordered and paid for an order of bags 17 days ago and still haven’t received our order. Hopefully Smart Bags can use a more reliable freight company for their deliveries in future. Robyn Ralton Atisha Dharma Shop”

“Unfortunately these were not what I was hoping for - very flimsy and not suitable for the use we had intended. For the same price ($1 each after postage), I found some locally that were larger, more substantial and had a green Eco logo on them that suited our business better. I am sure they were as described, but not the quality I expected. Postage times were very reasonable”
