“I looked online for cover for one of my kitchen appliances and initially had an online "chat" and was advised that a member of the team would give me a call. Approximately 10 minutes later I was called by Raj who was very polite and helpful. He gave me a quote, explaining what the costs and cover were which I was very pleased with and accepted. Raj was a very competent person and had a very good telephone manner and was very confident with the the product he was selling.”

“I changed my satellite cover to Smart Cover. Although their site froze on me they quickly Followed up with a personal one on one and gave me a good dale with discount included. Here's hoping that their service is as good as their promise.”

“I would like to thank SAJ for his excellent customer service skills and all the help he provided. He was excellent he explanded everything to me and even when I kept asking questions he was pleased to answer them and help with anything I had to ask. He had all the time for me .
