“i would recommend smart cover insurance to anybody , i have had smart cover for a few yrs allways happy with the service , since i have had them ive had both new 7kl hoover washing machine and 7kl convecter tumble dryer when they couldnt be fixed ,very happy with the service reps as well .”

“After getting off to a poor start with my phone call obviously not being passed onto the engineer's, the second call was handled promptly and the engineers telephoned within the hour.a A service call was made within the week. The engineer was courteous, helpful and repaired the tumble dryer. Would certainly recommend taking out insurance on your white goods. Smart sure certainly took the worry away from me.”

“I tried to enrol online but it did not work because my NEFF appliances were not listed at the website. I called and a lady took my details and promised that someone would call. Saj did and went through the quote with me. He was very pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant experience altogether.”
