Really impressed with the sales team-they were polite helpful and very pleasant. - Great package offers for home appliances Overall it's a good start with Smart Cover.

I've been with Smart cover for a couple of years now and unfortunately have had to make a couple of claims for damaged iphones, the perils of having teenagers!! The claims process is fast and efficient and I've had both a repaired screen and a replacement refurbished handset (which I have to say looked brand new!) and couldn't be happier with the service I've received on each occasion. I would thoroughly recommend Smart Cover to anyone wanting good quality mobile phone cover for a very reasonable price

Great Insurance cover available online but the premium gone by a small margin this year and when they offered a cheaper package cover more items compared to the one I had last year. Apparently just like the car Insurance Due to the high number of fraudulent claims the premium has gone up with single item cover. I must say the claims was quick and easy and repaired the Mobile phone last November without any paperwork as I was with smart cover for the last 2 years.

1) Price difference from my British Gas quote was amazing 2) I was recommended you by StaffBenefits.co.uk as I'm an NHS employee - so I was happy that they had recommended you. 3) Your Customer Services Dept asked your Sales Team to call mer within 10 mins - they did! 4) Sales rep was a charming man and very keen to take all info from me and offered good price - 11 months paid for 12 months cover as paid up front 5) Sales Rep gave me time and was very confident in his advice. 6) I ALSO SAVED £395 from not using British Gas!!!! VERY HAPPY!!

Great company to deal with, I would recommend smart cover to anyone else who is looking to insure their gadgets or home appliance. This is the third year I am renewing my cover with smart cover, great price and quick claim turn around.

Hi tamika you are a good to help but I'm happy with you but I'm not happy with your people service claim department make me really angry after five month Jasmine said the phone is can't repair just because of i did not mention to u bit of water gone in the phone when I spoken to you what did I say to You I can't even remember now what ever happen I told you phone was fell out from my hand before the full fell out from my kids and then second time with me from my hand phone is damaged you are insurance people you should cover we didn't lie to you guys as I said before My husband fill the form and I mentioned to you one of colic but you guys not understand anything I told jasmin I had a baby I was very ill my husband going backward and forward I had to C-section and he looking after kids if Little big mistake he did not mention the water his not his fault we had too much going on that time operation kids I had a new baby is too much for us and after a five month you guys saying phone cannot repair is a very very disappointed be honest I'm not happy with everything things I talk about I was happy somebody deal sometime quick my problem but this time it took five month and end of the day she said we cannot repair it before we send it back to you which is quite hurt .. I mentioned to you my friend I go very good insurance company and they very good price but now I will never recommend anybody to you guys I got big family friend ... tamika now you so need to check my dishwasher I'm not happy with the dishwasher I will send you the picture ..deal one by one after thing ... & thank you so much you chase then then jasmin rang me and told me all that and she said she going to pass the claim to the senior so I waiting for that call anyway you are brilliant you try your best but it is up to then thank you tamika ....

Mr Pravin Kataria helped me out with my request on-line for our washing machine cover. I thought I had paid twice. After that was cleared up, he sold me a joint cover to include our dish washer as well. Then I asked him about boiler & central heating cover (for which I am covered until March 2018). Mr. Pravin told me your company has a special offer for these items and, even though I am presently covered (until March 2018) I also bought cover for my boiler/central heating. So, I am quite happy about the outcome.

I had. Problem having conversation so I stopped the policy but Saj noticed and very kindly gave me a call and sorted out my ski insurance as well boiler cover and emergency cover for year and vey thankful to him and I am happy things got sorted out with the help of Saj
