“I'm a satisfied customer, I find the customer staff are very pleasing to deal with , they are pleasent, knowledgeable and take their time with you . I chose Smart Cover because of the standard of cover and the price of cover is extremely competitive. Yes I've called once for a gas cooker fault , their engineer arrived same day , fixed the problem, no expense to me .i will be giving Smart Cover my combi boiler cover when my overpriced British Gas contract runs out as it's far cheaper and appears the same standard of cover,with no excesses .”

“It covers what we need covered. The request in this survey arrived days before the documentation, so impossible to comment earlier. Purchase of cover quite easy, other than for the inordinate background noise behind the agent - don't you have any sound-deadening in your offices? Of course, being so new to Smart-Cover, we have no experience of making any form of claim, and that will be the time when a sensible evaluation can be made.”

“Recently took washing machine insurance online. The policy is well explained and it cost me less than half price of what I was paying Domestic&General. Have not used the insurance yet so can not comment on the actual service.”

“We made an enquiry on the internet about cover for our boiler and central heating. We clicked on the site which said Smart Cove would ring us to discuss in 27 seconds! They did just that. The call was from saj. He was polite and very thorough with explaining the benefits of the cover etc. He answered any of the questions we with confidence. We took out the Smart Cover policy and are now waiting for the paperwork to read through at our leisure. If the back up of this service is as good as our experience today then we will be very happy customers.”
