“It was very easy to purchase a plan for my car, but I have been chasing them from Friday and now its their weekly holiday for accidental claim, this is really disgusting, disturbing and humiliating. It looks like I am trying to get work done in a govt. office. I bought the plan of Salam Takaful.”

“I had bough INSTANT insurance first. After payment was expecting email or insurance letter but it was received second day of payment and I missed my appointment due to it. I tried alot calling on helpline but no one picks up the phone. On next day lucky after losing my appointment benjimen picked the call and talk to me. Then he was kind enough to deal me and replace the policy.”
