“It's very bad experience with you guys .. also your team are so bad .. I still eamilng them and I also text them on WhatsApp.. that I change my trip dates please update my policy but now they not give me answer back not even email or whtsapp. .. bad experience with you”

“Travel insurance policy are useless in our policy clearly mentioned if flight cancel more then 12 hours you will get USD350 without mentioning any geographical clause but in actual when you claim your amount they giving you so many stupid's reason like below. none of this reasons are mentioned in policy. Please inform the client that Travel Takaful Geographical coverage starts outside the usual country of residence therefore coverage starts when the participant travels out of Pakistan and ending on the date of return of Participant to Pakistan therefore our liability is not invoked because participant travel was not started in this instance. Shahzad Muhammad Khan. Ghilzai Kindly inform the client that had this incident was occurred at destination /in overseas then this cover will be invoked in following circumstances only. ( For review of policy wording , please visit URL//ETRAVEL.PAKQATAR.PK) and customer can also check other insurance companies travel policy as well for his own satisfaction and for counter check. Benefits 1)Un-foreseen illness 2)Inclement weather conditions 3)Burglary or any natural disaster 4)Terrorism incident 5)Traveling companion becomes the victim of a felonious act. Exclusions 1) Common Carrier -caused cancellations 2)Any Government regulation or prohibition 3)Any Business or contractual obligation of the family 4)Changes in the plans by the participant or immediate family.”

“i recently got my travelling insurance but when i got my certificate there was a mistake in effective dates even though in the policy everything was good. then i tried to contact them for correction but its been 3 to 4 days i haven't got any update..they don't even reply me. very bad customer service. ovoid this service.”

“Must read before insuring car through IGI. I insured my Changan Alsvin for 1 year and raised 3 claims for which i passed through all this. 1. They will not pay directly to motor company instead they will refund your claim after 4-5 months and that too if you call them daily for every step 2. Their surveyors will dont pick up calls 3. Their helpline number is always busy 4. Their surveyors donot reach on time at work site and donot send their report on time instead they will loose all record after some time if you forget asking them from time to time. 5. Upon calling and reminding them 100 times even will not work. 6. Their emails have a standard reply that will also not work 7. Company will tell you to call surveyor to send his report and surveyor will not pick your call or reply your message. 8. You will regret insuring your car through IGI I will suggest to insure your car from any other company but IGI even if it cost you 10 20k more And I got my insurance through smart choice.. they are not even effective. They claimed high before purchasing but were ineffective during claims whenever i complained them.”
