“They sell me United Insurance Company policy. While selling the policy it was 5 star service. But once I lost Credit Card and it was misused and I called them they said number of Insurance Company is written and you can call them directly. The number which is given it is no reply no matter what you do from another country you can only call. Once I am back, now they are saying you should have contacted from abroad. Still trying to contact UIC but all numbers including UAN number is no reply. I don't know about other companies but UIC is definitely not providing any service and smart choice decline any responsibility after sales. I still doubt this review will appear, but I will suggest pay some more amount and get the policy directly from a recognized Insurance Company because an insurance policy is useless, if you cannot use it once you are in need. It was the least what a company had to compensate for credit card a fix amount irrespective of my financial loss. Allah forbids if it could be much more then that what would be agony. Lastly, while buying I asked them how to claim and they said abroad you menage yourself and bring all documents. But now once I asked they said you should have contacted from abroad on numbers which are always no reply. Beware and choose wisely.”

“--- THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM --- Cannot believe that even in today's corporate world of eCommerce, such type of companies are still doing their business. I bought a travel insurance policy online a day before my travel assuming that smartchoice.pk is a corporate name and their products are available for purchasing online. Well, I was wrong. I purchased the EFU travel insurance and it has been more than a week that I havn't received my insurance cover apart from probably an autogenerated email stating that I am covered. Now I am at the foreign soil and God forbid I get into any trouble and would require my insurance, for obvious reasons the foreigners will not entertain me on the basis of this auto generated email which doesn't even have any insurance cover number or contacts of the underwritters or EFU's foreign partners. --- ANOTHER SCAM --- story doesn't end here only. They claim that they provide discount on credit cards. Well, i used my Standard Chartered Platinum Credit Card on which smartchoice.pk claim to provide 15% discount. That never happened and I was charged FULL AMOUNT. Now, i am on travel without insurance cover, thanks to smartchoice.pk who don't seem to be even return my money, what to talk a formal apology.”
