“We just completed SmarTours first trip back to South Africa since COVID and it was fantastic! We had traveled with them before and had the same great experience as previously. We felt safe and the precautions taken during our trip for COVID were excellent. They wore masks, took temperatures regularly and had sanitizing everywhere. Out tour guide was Jonathan Muller and he did a fantastic job; went beyond the call of duty to make our trip exceptional. We had booked this trip two years ago but was cancelled due to COVID. So glad we were finally able to do this.”

“Splendors of Egypt was a trip of a lifetime. It was perfect in every way. It was broad enough to give a good overview of the country, but gave us ample time to enjoy each place. The accommodations were wonderful especially in Alexandria. Ahmed was a wonderful guide and a perfect ambassador for his country, I had thought that some of the tours wouldn't be interesting, but I was mistaken and enjoyed them all. He was a wealth of knowledge. I never knew what to expect and I was met with pleasant surprises every day. Mohamed was my favorite tour manager on the trip. These gentlemen did such an amazing job , that I never wanted to leave Egypt. It truly is a Splendor from the past to the present. I would definitely use SmarTours again and recommend it to my friends.”

“Gina met us at the airport and stayed with us for the first half of the trip. She went above and beyond to help me navigate through the crowd. She stayed with me while I shopped since I was traveling solo. Niki also went above and beyond and she also stayed with me while I shopped.”

“It was a great trip. It was broad enough to give a good overview of the country, but gave us ample time to enjoy each place. The accommodations were wonderful and not cookie cutter. Vinny was a wonderful guide and ambassador for his country, I had thought that some of the tours wouldn't be interesting, but I was mistaken and enjoyed them all. I also liked the size of the group. I would definitely use SmarTours again and recommend it to my friends.”

“I couldn’t have imagined a trip as enjoyable as this one was! Our guides, Eiman and Farid, did an outstanding job of of showing us the many artifacts and sights of Egypt. Without their expertise and skill we could not have seen so many sights and learned so much about this amazing country. They were prepared for everything and even handled the occasional and unexpected glitches before they turned into catastrophes. Eiman and Farid went above and beyond to secure a safe, comfortable and utterly enjoyable trip!”

Both trips offered great value for the money, the opportunity to rest or take an optional tour on some days, and the best tour guides. Accomodations were beautiful and the groups were under 24.
