“As with many others, I was duped by this fraudulent website and am in the process of arranging a refund through PayPal. My situation is the same as others - Christmas lights ordered but never delivered and multiple contacts have been ignored. If you've also been a victim, please consider reporting this website to Action Fraud (link below): https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/”

“Do not use this scammer, paid for christmas lights but nothing received, cant get in touch in and have not hear back with this tiny online "company" in any way. Have had to Log a claim to get my money back”

“Ordered three sets of Xmas lights, a rain deer for garden and a Garland. Not here yet after a week. No answer from emails, messages. These sites should not be allowed to rip people off!”

“AVOID! money taken, no goods sent. wouldn't answer emails. answered the phone once and refused to speak with me, told me to email him only. Luckily I was able to get my money back through PayPal's buyer protection.”

“Placed an order 22/07/2021 - 3-5 working day delivery. Item not received. No dispatch notification. I have tried calling +++. Left voicemails. Sent emails and messaged on facebook all of which without response. Customer service is appalling and product is not received.”

“Ordered an inflatable swimming pool almost a week ago and paid for 1-2 day delivery. I am still waiting for it. I have tried to contact them a number of times. I have sent 2 emails, 2 messages on their Facebook messenger and 2 messages on their contact us page. I have had no response from either”
